Help/F&B/Customers, reviews and discount codes

Customers, reviews and discount codes

Know who orders from you, keep your reviews tidy, give a code to a regular, and finish an order properly: refund, receipt and a request for a review.

Screenshots use a fictional business and figures.

Your customers

Open Customers to see everybody who has ordered from your website, and counter customers whose name you took: their phone (tap to WhatsApp), email, how many orders, what they have spent, their last order and their favourite dishes. Search by name, phone or email, and sort by Most recent, Spent most or Most orders. The top shows how many customers you have and how many came back.

Open one to see their orders. Their customer record, where you can keep notes, is the same one in your Contacts. "Spent" counts only money you have received.

Reviews

Discount codes

Open Discount codes, fill in the code, a percentage or an amount off, and if you like: only certain dishes, a start and end date, and how many times it can be used. The page reads it back in plain words with an example before you press Add this code. A code that has been used can be switched off but not deleted, so your records stay right.

Questions

Do I keep a separate customer list?

No. Customers are worked out from your orders and your Contacts every time, so there is nothing to keep up to date.

A team member cannot approve a review or make a code. Why?

Those save your shop’s own settings, so the team member needs the Online Shop permission with editing, as well as F&B. They can still see Customers and Orders with F&B alone.
