Statements and reports
A statement shows one customer everything they still owe you, on one page. Reports show you the whole picture: who owes you, how late it is, and who pays slowly.

Send a statement
Open a statement in any of three ways: on an invoice, press More and Statement for this customer; on the customer’s contact page, press Statement (it shows when they owe you something); or in Reports, tap a customer’s name.
-
The statement shows what They owe you, how late it is, and each open invoice with what is Still owing.
Everything still open for one customer, and how late each part is. Press Send and choose Email it to them, Send by WhatsApp or Copy their link. Their link always shows the latest: a payment you record comes off it straight away.
Read your reports
Go to the Reports tab. Amounts in other currencies are shown in Singapore dollars at each invoice’s own rate.
- Owed to you, Overdue now, Due in the next 30 days and Days to get paid, your average over the last year.
- How late the money is: what is still owed, from not due yet to over 90 days late.
- Invoiced and collected, last 6 months: a bar for each month.
- Who owes you the most and How long each customer takes to pay. Tap a name for their statement.
- Quotes, last 6 months: how many your customers accepted.
Take the list to Excel
On the Invoices tab, filter or search the list, then press Export CSV. You get exactly the invoices shown, with totals, what was paid, credited and still owing, and when each was sent and first opened.
Questions
Why are bookings and shop orders not in “days to get paid”?
They are paid before their invoice is made, so they would make everyone look like they pay on the day.
Can I send a statement to a customer who owes nothing?
Yes. It says every invoice is paid.
