See your sales
The Sales page shows what your shop sold and when. It only counts orders you have confirmed payment for, so an order still waiting, or a cancelled one, is left out.

Pick a period
Go to Sales. Choose Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This month or Last month, or pick your own two dates. Each figure is compared with the same number of days just before.
The Dashboard shows the last 7 days in one line. Press it to open this page.
Read the page

The four figures at the top: Sales, Orders, Average order and Items sold. Under them: delivery charged, discounts given and tips.
Thirty days at a glance, compared with the thirty days before. Sales by day is a bar for each day. Over a long period it shows weeks instead.

What sold best lists your products by sales. How they bought splits orders into walk-up, collection and delivery, and PayNow against cash.
Best sellers, how people buy, your busiest hour and your returning customers. When orders come in shows your busiest hour and your best day of the week. Customers counts how many are known to you and how many came back.
A customer is only counted if they gave an email at checkout. That files them into your Contacts. A walk-up who gave none cannot be recognised a second time.
Download the figures
Press Export CSV on Sales by day or on What sold best to download that table for the dates you picked. For every order line, use Export Orders on the Orders page.
Questions
Why is this different from my P&L?
This page is for running the shop. Your P&L is for your accounts: it leaves GST out of your sales if you are GST registered, takes out refunds, and is the one to use for tax. Open it from the link at the top of the Sales page.
Are discounts taken off the best sellers?
No. What sold best shows each product’s sales before any discount on the whole order. The Sales total is what customers paid: after discounts, and including delivery and tips.
