Run the floor of a car workshop: open a job on the number plate, photograph what you find, send the customer a quote they approve on their phone, and make the invoice from it. Parts, supplier bills and the next service reminder are on the same record.

What you can do
Set up your workshop
Your details, job numbers, the photo rule, your checklist, reminder timing, your message wording and your team.
Job cards and the board
Book a car in, move it along the board, add photos and checks, and close the job.
Quotes and invoices
Build a quote, send the link, see the customer’s answer, and make the invoice.
Bookings, enquiries and reminders
Your online booking link, confirming bookings, logging enquiries, the chase list and messages to send.
Parts and supplier bills
What is on the shelf, parts on a job, supplier bills line by line, and what each job made.
How it works
Once: fill in your details and your checklist, and switch on online booking if you want it.
A car comes in. It is booked online, or you press Book a car in. The job card opens on the plate.
You photograph it and quote it. The customer approves the quote on their phone, and you make the invoice from it.
You close the job. The car’s next service is set, and it turns up on Due back before it is due. The parts on it are costed at what you paid.
Workshop 365 comes with Pro 365. In your back office it is called Workshop, and you open it from the ··· menu in the top bar (star it to keep it in the bar). Workshop Custom at smeaio.com/workshop-custom/ is a separate product, built around one workshop with its own website design.
