Does SME AI Office work for retail shops in Australia?

Yes. A small shop in Australia gets a POS on the laptop it already has, one product list with sizes, colours and stock for the counter and the website, stock counted across the shop floor and storeroom, and a website in one of four looks, all in Australian dollars.

How much does it cost in Australia?

Nothing. It is free for all in Australia while we are in beta: no card, no monthly fee, no limit on sales. A small platform fee applies only to automated payments, once we set them up.

How do my customers pay?

Online, by PayID or bank transfer, straight to you. You type your details once; at checkout the customer sees the amount and their order number to use as the reference, and you confirm the order when the money arrives.

Are my shop products and my online products the same list?

Yes. One product list, with each size and colour at its own price and stock, feeds both the POS and your website, and online orders come off the same stock.

Where do my sales go?

Into a simple profit and loss that fills itself as you sell, in the shop or online, with what each item cost you taken from your stock. You see how the month is going without a spreadsheet.
