It also takes “Powered by smeaio.com” off your pages, and nothing you entered is lost when you move up or back.
Not from us, on any plan. Your own PayNow QR, bank transfer and cash have no fee at all. Card or PayNow through your own HitPay account confirms the order by itself; HitPay charges its own fee on that payment, and we add nothing on top (today PayNow 0.65% + S$0.30, local cards 2.8% + S$0.50, and may change). Bank with Aspire? PayNow into your own Aspire account confirms itself too, free on every plan (open an Aspire business account).
Three ways, and none of them comes out of your sales. Pro 365, when your business grows and you want the whole back office. Custom, when you outgrow that and want all your tools in one system built around you. And partners: we may earn a referral fee when you open an account through our links, such as HitPay and Aspire, and we can introduce a partner such as a corporate secretary when you ask for one. It costs you nothing. We never sell your data and never add a fee to your sales.
Yes, three ways, and your customer picks. Your own PayNow QR, which we make for every order, booking and invoice with the amount filled in: no fee. Card or PayNow through your own HitPay account, which confirms the order by itself: HitPay charges its own fee, and we add nothing. Or cash and bank transfer: no fee. For HitPay, open a free HitPay account, copy your API key and paste it into Payments.
Yes, free for a limited time, on every plan. Sign up free and tap Free setup at the top of your setup list. Send us your current website, Instagram or shop link, or a spreadsheet, and any websites you like the look of. We move your products, prices, photos, customers, services and classes and set up your website. You add how customers pay you yourself. Your old system stays open until you are happy.
Pro 365 covers one location. Two or more is Custom: from S$199 a month for your first location plus S$100 for each extra one, with no build fee.
Yes, that is Custom. We look at every tool you use, put them into one system, move your data, build around what does not fit, and a person answers from 10am to 10pm every day.
Pro 365 is for a business with one location whose owner still has time to set things up, with our guides. Custom is for a bigger business, or one with its own way of working: we put every tool you use into one system, build what is missing and look after it.
When you do the same work twice, type in what another app already knows, or copy numbers from one tool into another because you have become the thing that joins them up.
Yes, on Pro 365. It works out your GST F5 boxes and Form C-S, runs payroll with CPF by age and PR status, and gives you the CPF file and IR8A to upload. Nothing is submitted to the government for you, and no government login is ever held.
No. Sole proprietors, partnerships and companies all use it. Only the compliance part (ACRA annual returns, directors’ resolutions) is aimed at companies.
In a managed database on AWS, encrypted and backed up nightly, and one account can never read another. Payroll, NRIC, bank details and customer contact details are encrypted field by field, and two-factor login is available.
For everyone’s safety. Every business finishes three short steps after signing up: what it runs, a 6-digit code to confirm its email, and its business name and WhatsApp number. It takes about a minute and stops scammers using our emails and websites, so your emails reach your customers and a smeaio.com link stays one they trust. How it works
No to both. Your data is not sold, not shared with advertisers and not used to train any model.
Yes. Monthly Pro 365 can be cancelled any time and runs to the end of the month you paid for. Almost every list exports to CSV whenever you like.
No. GST F5, Form C-S, the CPF file, IR8A and every company deadline are worked out and made ready from your own records; you or your corporate secretary do the filing, and no government login is ever held.
No. Figures are your own records, not tax, accounting or legal advice. Employment contracts and key terms are a starting point for you to review. AI answers can be wrong, so check them before you act.
