Questions

Can someone build one system for my whole business in Singapore?

Yes. With SME AI Office Custom, we look at every tool your business uses today, put them into one system that works the way you do, build what is missing and look after it every day, from S$199 a month for the first location.

Is Custom just a website?

No. A website on your own domain can be part of it, but Custom is the whole system: sales, stock, bookings, staff, customers and the books for every location, with apps for your staff and customers and an AI chatbot where you need them.

Who is Custom for?

A business with more than one location, or one whose way of working no ready-made app fits: the same things typed into several apps, work done twice, tools joined up by hand, the same messages answered all day. A business with one location whose owner has time to set it up can use Pro 365 instead.

How much does Custom cost?

S$199 a month for the first location and S$100 a month for each extra one, with the first year committed. There is no build fee, and Pro 365 is included. Bigger builds are agreed in writing and quoted before we start.

What support do I get?

A person every day from 10am to 10pm: within an hour remotely, and on site in two to four hours.

Can a government grant pay for part of it?

It can lower your cost. We go through the grant with you when we talk, and grant work is quoted in writing before we start.

What happens if I leave?

Give one month’s notice after the first year. Your data export and your domain go with you; what we built stays with us.
