Your studio page
Your customers book and buy on one page, at smeaio.com/s/your-name/studio. It is a web page opened in their phone browser, with nothing to download.
Screenshots use a fictional business and figures.
Find and share your link
Go to Settings. Under Your studio page, press Copy to copy the link, or Open to see it the way your customers do. Put it in your Instagram bio or your WhatsApp replies.
Classes

The Classes tab shows the next 14 days. Customers tap a day to see its classes.
Classes, one day at a time. They press Book, and sign in with a code sent to their email if they have not already. With a pack or pass, they press Use my pack or pass and they are booked.
A full class shows Join the waitlist.
Packs and passes
On the Packs and passes tab, they press Buy on one, fill in their details and press Continue to payment.

They see a PayNow QR for the amount, and a reference to put in the transfer. They pay from their banking app and press I have paid.

My classes
The My classes tab shows their packs and passes, how many classes are left and when each ends, the classes they have coming up, and any waitlists they are on. A pass near its end shows Renew.
Cancelling
- Before your cut-off (12 hours before the class unless you change it), they press Cancel and the class goes back on their pack.
- Inside the cut-off, it counts as used, unless you give it back from the Today page.
Paying for one class
Somebody without a pack can still come. On a class with a price, they press Pay for this class only and pay that class by PayNow. A free class shows Book this free class. A drop-in shows as Paid for this class on your Today page once you confirm the money.
