Orders and the bake list

Every order from your website lands here, sorted by the day it is collected. The bake list adds them up so you know what to make.

The bake list

Press Bake list. Each collection day is a card: how many of each item to make, with every choice counted, like 9× Size: 6 inch. Orders still waiting for you to check the payment are shown as waiting for payment check, so you can decide whether to make them now. With recipes, each day also shows the ingredients it needs, and Running low warns you before you run out. Press Print to take it into the kitchen.

Move an order along

  1. Press Orders. To do shows everything still to make, by collection day.

  2. When the PayNow money is in your bank, press Payment received. If you use recipes, the order’s ingredients come off your shelf now.

  3. Press Ready when it is done, and Collected (or Delivered) when it goes. Your customer gets the usual email at each step.

  4. Cancel emails the customer and puts the ingredients back. If they had paid, refund them yourself.

Where each item is sold

On Menu and recipes, each item has three buttons: Website, Table QR and Counter. Tick where it is sold. An item ticked off Website disappears from your website but can still be sold at the counter or the table.

Questions

Why is an order not on the bake list?

An order with no collection day, like a delivery with no time slot, or an old order, has no day to go under. The bake list says how many there are, and you will find them on Orders.

Can payments be confirmed without me?

Yes, with PayNow Auto-Confirm, when your bank is connected. Otherwise you press Payment received once you see the money.
