Help/F&B/Menu, pickup and payments
Menu, pickup and payments
Everything about what you sell, how customers get it and how they pay is set inside F&B. Your accounting, payroll and company filings stay in the back office.
Screenshots use a fictional business and figures.
Add and change your dishes
Open Menu and recipes and press Add an item (on an empty menu, Add your first dish).
Give it a name and a price, up to five photos (the first is the main one), a few words, and a category. Tap a category you already use, or type a new one.
Add choices if it has them: pick one (like a size), pick any (like extras), or a box the customer types in (like the message on a cake). Each option can cost extra, and a choice can be required.
Choose its stock: as many as people order, a set number you count, or sold out for now. Add a label like Popular if you want one, and how many days’ notice you need.
Press Save. A new dish is sold on your website, by table QR and at the counter until you untick one.
On each dish, Mark sold out and Back on sale are one tap, and so is hiding it from the menu. Edit item changes anything, and the arrows move it up or down in its category. Delete asks first; hiding is usually better, because the dish keeps its sales history.
Pickup, delivery and the days you are closed
Open Pickup and delivery. Each card has its own save.
Taking orders: Stop taking orders closes your website to new orders until you press Start taking orders again. Orders already placed carry on, and ordering at a table still works.
How far ahead customers order: how many days ahead, and the time orders close each day.
Pickup points: up to ten places, each with its address and times for each day, and an optional limit on orders per time.
Delivery options: one price, or priced by distance from your postal code. Switch one off or remove it.
Delivery day and time: copy the times from a pickup point, set them yourself, or stop asking delivery customers for a time.
Minimum order and free delivery: leave a box empty for none.
Days you are closed: a single day or a from–to range, like a holiday.
Your business, PayNow and messages
Open Business and payments:
Your business: its name, your link, one line about you, and the WhatsApp number and email customers reach you on. Replies to your emails go to that email.
Banner photo, your story and links (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and more) and questions customers ask. These show on your website.
PayNow: your UEN or mobile and the name customers see when they pay. PayNow Auto-Confirm confirms payments for you when switched on.
Tips at checkout, order numbers and receipts, and your policies for cancelling and refunds.
Emails we send for you and WhatsApp messages you send at each step of an order. Press Send this to me to see an email first, or Back to suggested to start again.
New order alerts on Telegram: new orders, customers saying they have paid, and new reviews.
Questions
Is this the same as my Online Shop?
Yes. F&B runs on the same dishes, orders and settings, so a change in F&B shows in Online Shop too, and the other way round. You never need to open Online Shop to run a food business.
A team member cannot save here. Why?
These pages save your shop’s own settings, so the team member needs the Online Shop permission with editing, as well as F&B. Give it under Settings, Team.
