It also takes smeaio.com off your pages, puts your website on your own domain, and nothing you entered is lost when you move up or back.
Not when they pay by the PayNow QR we make for you: that is free on every plan, with no limit, and so is cash at the counter. Cards and PayNow that confirms itself go through Stripe (HitPay coming soon): on the Free plan we add just 0.5%, 50 cents on every S$100, and Pro 365 has no platform fee. Stripe’s own fee is separate (in Singapore, 1.3% for PayNow and 3.4% + S$0.50 for local cards).
Yes. Every order, booking and invoice shows a PayNow QR we make for you, free. For cards and PayNow that confirms itself, connect your own Stripe account (HitPay coming soon), so the money goes straight to you.
Yes, free for a limited time, on every plan. WhatsApp us on 9613 7676 with your current shop or booking link, or a spreadsheet, and we move your products, prices, photos, customers, services and classes and set up your website. Your old system stays open until you are happy.
Pro 365 covers one location. Two or more is Done for you: from S$199 a month for your first location plus S$100 for each extra one, with no build fee.
Yes, that is Done for you. We set it up, move your data, build around what does not fit, and a person answers from 10am to 10pm every day.
Pro 365 is for a smaller business whose owner still has time to set things up, with our guides. Done for you is for when your time is better spent on the business than on the system, so we set it up and look after it.
When you do the same work twice, type in what another app already knows, or copy numbers from one tool into another because you have become the thing that joins them up.
Yes, on Pro 365. It works out your GST F5 boxes and Form C-S, runs payroll with CPF by age and PR status, and gives you the CPF file and IR8A to upload. Nothing is submitted to the government for you, and no government login is ever held.
No. Sole proprietors, partnerships and companies all use it. Only the compliance part (ACRA annual returns, directors’ resolutions) is aimed at companies.
In a managed database on AWS, encrypted and backed up nightly, and one account can never read another. Payroll, NRIC, bank details and customer contact details are encrypted field by field, and two-factor login is available.
No to both. Your data is not sold, not shared with advertisers and not used to train any model.
Yes. Monthly Pro 365 can be cancelled any time and runs to the end of the month you paid for. Almost every list exports to CSV whenever you like.
No. GST F5, Form C-S, the CPF file, IR8A and every company deadline are worked out and made ready from your own records; you or your corporate secretary do the filing, and no government login is ever held.
No. Figures are your own records, not tax, accounting or legal advice. Employment contracts and key terms are a starting point for you to review. AI answers can be wrong, so check them before you act.
