Frequently asked.

Is my money safe? Who receives the bank transfer?

You do. Customers pay by bank transfer straight to the account you put in, the same as when they pay you in a chat. SME AI Office never holds your money and takes nothing from any order. You mark an order paid when you see the money arrive in your bank.3

What happens after 15 orders in a month?

On the Free plan you can take up to 15 orders a month, and the count starts again on the 1st. Orders you already have are never touched. Move to Pro 365 at any time for no cap, A$9.90 a month, which is A$9.90 a month.

Can I stop orders at what I can bake in a day?

Yes. Give an item a daily limit, like 60 tins of pineapple tarts. When that day is full, it shows sold out for that day and customers choose another.

Can I run Chinese New Year or other festive pre-orders?

Yes. Set the dates the item can be ordered, and the days it can be collected or delivered. It opens and closes on those dates by itself, so you are not up late closing a form.

Will my page show SME AI Office?

On the Free plan, your order page carries a small smeaio.com mark at the bottom. Your business name, photos and colours are what customers see first.

Do I have to do accounting?

Every paid order goes into your accounting for you. Add what you spend on ingredients and packaging as you buy them, and at tax time your income and costs are in one place. We do not file anything for you, and for your own situation, ask an accountant.
