Match the style of the attached picture exactly: a premium, warm, tactile miniature 3D illustration, like a still from an animated feature film. Create ONE clean landscape 16:9 image showing FIVE small separate miniature scenes in a gentle arc, each on its own soft contact shadow with clear space between them, all seen from an elevated three-quarter view: 1) a small tuition class of four primary school children around a table with workbooks and a teacher at a whiteboard; 2) a piano lesson, a teacher beside a child at an upright piano; 3) a children's art class with easels and paint pots; 4) a swimming lesson, a coach in the shallow end of a small pool with two children holding floats; 5) a coding class, three teenagers at laptops on a long desk. In the middle, slightly larger, the same friendly centre owner in a navy top at a small front desk, looking at a phone, with a parent and child arriving. Warm lamps, wood, plants, friendly lifelike small characters. Plain warm ivory #FBF6EC background with clear space at the edges; every scene fully visible. No text, letters, numbers, logos, signs, labels, arrows, lines, charts or floating cards anywhere; no borders or panels.
What you get
What parents see, what you run the centre on, and the paperwork behind it. Most centres buy these from three different places. Here they are one. Click the website to open it.
Where parents see your classes and levels, book a free trial, enrol for the term and pay by PayID, then check lessons left and make-ups.
Where you run the term. Every enrolment, fee and lesson lands here, and so does who came.
The boring part. Every sale and every payment you mark received lands in your profit and loss on its own, so the numbers are ready when you need them.
Nobody types it twice.1
Who it is for
If your students come on the same day at the same time each week, and parents pay for a term or a month at a time, this is made for you. One classroom or several, one teacher or a team.
Four things to set up, and then every student is a few taps: pick the class, pick the term, press Enrol.
A term is a first day, a last day and any weeks off. Or sell by the month with one button. Add public holidays as days off and they are skipped.3
Std 5 Maths, Saturdays 10am, 90 minutes, 8 seats. Each class has its classroom and its teacher.
A price per lesson, or one fee for the term. You choose for each class.
They get a seat in every lesson left in the term, and the parent is emailed the fee with your bank details.4
Terms and fees
Sell by the school term, or by the month. The fee is worked out from the lessons that really happen, so you never count Saturdays on a calendar again.
Term 4 runs from 3 October to 28 November. Add the holiday week as no lessons, and every class knows it is off.
One press adds October, November and December as terms. A Saturday class at A$45 a lesson is A$225 in October and A$180 in November.2
A student who joins halfway pays only for the lessons left. Or, if you prefer, set it so they pay the full term.
Per lesson: the lesson price times the lessons in that term. One fee for the term: the same fee however many lessons, and a late joiner pays their share of it.
Enrolling and paying
Pick the class and the term. You see how many lessons and the fee before you press Enrol. Then the student has a seat in every lesson left, all at once.
Press Enrol and email the fee. Five seats are booked, and the parent gets the fee with your bank details and a reference.2
The fee is worked out before you enrol, from the lessons still to come.
The email opens a page with the fee, your bank details and a reference. They pay from their banking app and tap I have paid. You press Money received once it is in your bank.4
Paid in cash, or by PayID at the front desk? Pick that when you enrol, and it is recorded as paid straight away.
Email the fee again to a parent who has not paid, with the same bank details and reference. Students shows who is still waiting.
If a lesson in the term is already full, nothing is booked, so nobody ends up with half a term. With your website on, parents can enrol and book a free trial themselves.
Your own website
Switch on your website and your link becomes a full site: your programmes, your levels, this week's classes with the seats left, your results, and where to find you. Parents book a free trial, enrol for the term and pay by PayID on it, and sign in to see their children's lessons.
Blue. Dark and bold, with an electric blue for every button.
See it in Blue
Green. The same layout with a calm green.
See it in Green
Red. The same layout with a warm red.
See it in RedClasses, days and times, classrooms, teachers, terms and fees come straight from the Learning Centre. A parent sees every lesson date and the fee for the lessons left before they enrol.
An online enrolment is the same as one you make: a seat in every lesson left, and an email with the fee and your bank details. It shows on Students like any other.
Parents pick a class and a date. The child is on that lesson's register marked Free trial, and the family is saved in your contacts. You can switch free trials off.
Climb is a made-up tuition centre on the real system: open the classes, the fees and the free trial, and see exactly what your parents would.
Today, make-ups and withdrawing
Your teachers open Today and see the lessons they teach and who is in them. They tap Present or Absent. You never chase a paper register again.
The lessons of the day in order, with the classroom, the teacher and the students. Present, Absent, or Everyone is present. A teacher’s own login shows only their lessons, and never a fee.
Set how many make-ups a student gets each term, or none. A missed lesson can be given back and booked into the same class another week, or another class with a free seat.
Teacher off sick? Call the lesson off. Everybody in it is emailed, and each enrolled student is owed that lesson back, whatever your make-up limit.
Withdraw a student and every lesson to come is given up. The lessons not given are worked out and recorded as a refund in your accounting. You send the money back yourself.5
Students shows each class this term: who is enrolled, who has paid, lessons given and lessons owed.
A term paid is not income yet. It waits on your balance sheet and moves into income one lesson at a time, as each lesson happens, even if nobody took the register.5
Refunds are their own line. A withdrawal never deletes the sale, so your records still show what was paid and what went back.
How we compare
Most centres run on a spreadsheet of students, a class chat and a pile of PayID screenshots. It works until the second classroom, the third teacher or the first refund.

From an SME AI Office customer
“An entry point for a small start-up, without being overwhelming.”
“Looking for an easy way to manage my small business, I came across SME AI Office. This solution has an entry point for a small start-up, not overwhelming, while having more sophisticated features for future scaled-up operations. Had a chance to speak to the founder Kevin and was greatly encouraged that he listens to his clients, big or small, and is always open to see how he can improve the client experience. SME AI Office not only provides a solution, but provides the relationship management as if you are a big corporate. Very glad to chance upon this software.”

Any centre that runs classes on a fixed day and time every week and sells them by the term or by the month: tuition centres, enrichment schools, and music, art, swimming, coding and language schools.
Yes. On Terms, press Add the next 3 months and each month becomes a term. A class priced per lesson then costs more in a month with five lessons than in one with four, worked out for you.
By default, only the lessons left. Joining a 10-lesson term at lesson 4 pays for 7, and for a class with one fee for the term they pay 7/10 of it. If you would rather charge the full term, change it in Settings. Either way they only get seats in the lessons still to come.
By bank transfer. When you enrol a student, the parent is emailed the fee with your bank details and a reference. They pay from their banking app and tap I have paid, and you press Money received once you see it in your bank. Paid in cash at the desk? Record it when you enrol.
Yes, once you switch on your website (Learning Centre › Website). Parents pick a class, see every lesson date and the fee, and enrol and pay by PayID themselves. They can also book one free trial lesson, which you can switch off. You can still enrol a student yourself at any time.
In Settings you choose how many make-ups a student gets each term, or none. When a student is marked absent, you can give that lesson back and book it into the same class another week, or another class with a free seat. A lesson you call off yourself is always owed back, and does not count towards the limit.
Yes. On Pro 365, invite them from Settings, Team, and tick Learning Centre (teacher). They sign in and see only the lessons they teach, with the students in each, and never a fee. You can also take the register yourself on any plan.
Open them in Students and press Withdraw. Their seat in every lesson still to come is given up, and the lessons not given are worked out and recorded as a refund in your accounting. You send the money back to the parent yourself.
A term fee paid is money for lessons you have not given yet, so it goes on your balance sheet as Paid in advance, not yet used, rather than straight into income. Each lesson then moves its share into income as it happens. A refund is recorded as its own line. It all shows on your P&L.
No. The fee email opens a web page in their phone browser, with your bank details and the reference. There is no app and no password.
