Is it really one system, or several apps sold together?
One system. There is one login, one bill, one address book and one set of accounts, and every part writes into the same place. That is why a paid booking can be in your P&L and on the customer’s record without anybody moving it.
What happens to the numbers I already have somewhere else?
Nothing has to move. Start from the current month. There is no cut-off date and no import step you have to finish before the product works.Migration is the reason most people stay stuck on a system they dislike, so we removed it as a requirement.
Is there a per-user charge?
No. On Pro 365 one price covers the account, and you can invite your team at no extra cost.
Is it made for Brunei?
Yes. Prices are in Brunei dollars. Your customers pay you by bank transfer to the account you type in, and you press Money received when it arrives. It gives you a simple profit and loss report, filled in by your sales. It does not do tax returns, payroll or company filings.

- Pro 365 includes everything, every limit lifted, and everything built afterwards at no extra cost. The working session with the founder is one session during your paid year, on your own business rather than a software walkthrough, booked whenever suits you.
- Comparison figures are indicative Bruneian market rates for the same jobs bought one subscription at a time, at the time of writing, and vary with headcount, plan and transaction volume. They are given as a range for that reason and are not quotations. Competitor prices are not stated on this site because they are not ours to keep current.
- Your data is held in a managed Postgres database on AWS, encrypted at rest and backed up nightly, with row-level security so one account can never read another. Sensitive customer fields are encrypted individually on top of that. It is never sold and never used to train a model, and you can export it to CSV or delete it at any time.
- The homepage pictures are AI-generated illustrations. The business owner and spreadsheet figures are illustrative; they are not a customer testimonial. The counter-sale workflow describes the product. Time and cost savings depend on the tools and processes a business replaces.
- The two screens under “All the tools. Already connected.” are the real product, captured with an invented business. Every name and figure in them is made up.
