Questions

Does SME AI Office track my company’s deadlines in Singapore?

Yes. From your financial year end, SME AI Office lists your ACRA annual return, AGM, ECI, Form C-S, CPF and GST deadlines in the order they arrive, with what is overdue and what is due soon.

Does it file with ACRA or IRAS for me?

No. SME AI Office files nothing and holds no government login. It reminds you, prepares the papers and collects signatures; you lodge on BizFile or myTax Portal yourself. It works alongside your corporate secretary.

Can directors sign a resolution on their phone?

Yes. Prepare a resolution, such as declaring a dividend, skipping the AGM, opening a bank account or issuing new shares, and each director or shareholder signs on their phone by drawing or typing their name. They need no account, and everyone is emailed the signed copy.

Where are signed resolutions kept?

Every signed copy is kept by financial year, with who signed and when, ready to download. Your company records update themselves too, for example the share counts after new shares are issued.

Is compliance free?

Compliance is part of Pro 365, S$39 a month or S$365 a year, and is not on the Free plan. Pro 365 also includes the GST F5 return, Form C-S, staff payroll and the AI assistant.

Is CPF ticked off by itself?

Yes. When you finalise a month’s payroll in SME AI Office, that month’s CPF deadline is marked done. If you have no staff on CPF, you can turn the CPF reminders off.
