Custom Shopify Store

A store that looks
like you, not a theme.

Your own website, designed around your brand and the way you sell, with Shopify's checkout underneath. Sizing help, bigger baskets, PayNow that confirms itself, a chat assistant, points, referrals, creators, club sponsorships and pick lists, all built in rather than bolted on with a dozen apps.

Everything on this page is running today on vivreactivewear.com, a Singapore activewear brand. Open it in a new window and try it as a shopper. This one runs on Shopify; we build the same on WooCommerce or any other platform, or the whole store from scratch.

Why build it

Shopify is a great checkout. Your brand is the rest.

Not one more app

Reviews, points, referrals, wishlists, size charts, chat: each usually a separate app with its own monthly fee and its own look. Here they are one store that shares one customer.

Built on how you sell

Final-sale rules, delivery windows, pre-orders, a courier for Malaysia, a reward card in every parcel. The odd things that make your business yours are built in, not worked around.

Shopify stays underneath

Your products, stock, orders and customers stay in Shopify, and the buyer pays on Shopify's checkout. Nothing to migrate, and nothing lost if you ever go back to a theme. Not on Shopify? We build on WooCommerce too, or the whole store from scratch.

What's inside

01 — The shop itself

Made to be shopped, not scrolled past.

A fast site in the brand's own type and colour, where every product page answers the questions that stop a sale: will it fit, is my size left, when will it come.

vivreactivewear.com/products/dash-sports-bra
The Dash Sports Bra page: three new colours at S$64 in one row, an older colour at S$49.90 marked final sale in a row of its own, sizes with 'Low stock' on size 8, a prompt to add measurements, and a delivery window with a countdown.

Every colour, one page

  • New colours at full price in one row, older ones on sale in the next, each with its own price and a Final sale label.
  • Add a colour the easy way: create it in Shopify as its own product with the same name, and it joins this row by itself. Nothing else to set up.
  • Reviews shared across every colour of the same piece.
  • Sizes that tell the truth: sold-out ones crossed out, low ones marked.
  • A delivery window with a live countdown: order within 21 hours for this date.

Complete the look under the Dash Sports Bra: a tank, two shorts and another bra in the same Gummy Bear colour, each with its sizes and an Add button.
The bag: the item with its sale saving, a purchase-with-purchase offer, the delivery window, Sparks the order earns, and Pay with PayNow and earn 2x Sparks.

Bigger baskets

Complete the look, then one more thing

Under every piece, the rest of the set in the same colour, newest first. A bra suggests bottoms and tops before another bra. Pieces with the shopper's own size in stock come first, their size is marked, and one tap adds it without leaving the page.

Then the bag offers a small add-on at a special price, shows the points this order earns, and nudges PayNow for double points. One bra becomes a set.

My Fit, and search as you type

The shopper enters their measurements once. From then on, every piece marks which size is theirs, using the same size charts the stylists use. Fewer wrong sizes means fewer exchanges.

Search shows photos and prices while they type, sale prices included.

02 — Every customer's own page

Their tier, codes and Sparks.

Not Shopify's plain account screen. Each customer gets a page in the brand's look with everything they have with you, signed in with a code by email and no password to forget.

Drawn with a made-up customer

One page for everything they have

  • Membership tier and how far to the next one, with the discount applied by itself.
  • Sparks balance, turned into a real discount code in one tap.
  • Store credit and every code they hold, with the date it runs out.
  • Orders and tracking, and a prompt to review what arrived.
  • Their referral link, saved pieces and saved measurements.

The Rewards panel: 15% off a first order, 1 Spark per dollar spent, and refer a friend.

Rewards, one tap away on every page

A small Rewards tab sits on the edge of every page. New visitors get a first-order code on the spot; members see their Sparks; everyone sees how to refer a friend. It is the same rewards the hub shows, so the numbers always match.

04 — A chat assistant that knows the shop

Asks about size? Answered in seconds.

An assistant trained on the store's own products, size charts, delivery and returns rules. It reads the live stock and the customer's own order, so its answers are real, not general.

Vivre Assist opened on a phone: a greeting and quick buttons for Find my size, Shipping times, Returns, What's new and Rewards.

It does the front desk

  • Finds their size from measurements, using the real chart for that piece.
  • Tracks their order with the right courier for their country.
  • Shows products as cards they can tap straight into.
  • Gives out rewards, like the returning-customer code from the card in every parcel.
  • Knows the rules for delivery, returns and final sale, and never makes up a code.

Built on the SME AI Office chatbot, trained on this one store.

05 — Bringing customers back

Tell a friend. Get paid for it.

The second order is where a small brand makes its money. So the store rewards everything that brings one: buying again, reviewing, sharing, teaching a class in the gear.

vivreactivewear.com/pages/fitness-instructor-program
The instructor programme page: If you teach in it, you pay less for it. Apply in a minute and be approved on the spot.

Programmes that run themselves

  • Membership tiers, 5 to 15% off, moving up by themselves as they spend.
  • Sparks: 1 per dollar, 50 for a review, 120 with a photo, 200 on their birthday.
  • Referrals: the friend saves on a first order, the member earns a share, paid as credit or by PayNow.
  • Instructors apply in a minute and are approved on the spot.
Refer a friend on a phone: Tell a friend. Get paid for it.

And the little nudges

A welcome code for new visitors. A reward card in every parcel that the chat turns into a code. A wishlist day where everyone who saved a piece gets their own time-limited price. A note when a sold-out size comes back.

06 — Creators and clubs

Post it. Wear the next one.

Customers who post about what they bought, and the clubs and schools that keep asking to be sponsored. Both are handled by the store itself, so saying yes takes a tap, not an afternoon.

Made-up customer, real products

Customers become creators

  • They post a piece they bought on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or Xiaohongshu, and paste the link in their own page.
  • Accepted straight away at 25% of what they paid, back in their wallet to spend on the next piece.
  • You grade the good ones up to 50, 75 or 100% in one tap, and they get an email.
  • Paid only after the return window, one payout per piece, with a monthly cap you set.

Sponsorships

They ask. One tap, it's done.

Student clubs, school committees and community groups ask for sponsorship all the time. They fill in a form and pick an offer from your menu. You press Approve.

  • The club gets its own link and QR code by email, straight away.
  • Ready-made artwork with their name on it: an A4 poster, pocket cards, an Instagram post and story. They print; you design nothing.
  • Every member gets their own code when they scan, single use, up to the cap you set.
  • Change the end date once and every code and poster follows.
  • See what it sold: codes used and sales, per club.

07 — Behind the counter

Paid orders become a pick list.

The packing table gets its own screens, made for a phone in one hand. Orders are grouped by the rack they sit on, and on a big day they split into waves, one list per packer, so nobody walks the same aisle twice.

Made for the packing table

  • Waves for big days: the day's orders split into batches across as many packers as you have, each with their own racks and list.
  • Pick by rack, with the real colour chip beside every line.
  • Share a list: ticks show up on every packer's phone.
  • Pack list per parcel, with store-credit orders flagged.
  • Stock on hand beside each line while picking.
  • Malaysia orders turned into the courier's upload file, with the customs value kept under the duty limit.

Beyond what Vivre uses

Sell everywhere. Count stock once.

The same store can reach past the website: a counter in your shop, a table at a pop-up, and the marketplaces you already sell on. Every sale, wherever it happens, comes off one stock count and lands in one pick list and one set of books.

In person

Shops, pop-ups and events

A till on a tablet or phone that sells from the same stock as the website, so a piece sold at a pop-up is gone online the same second.

  • Members are recognised at the counter, with their tier discount and points.
  • A pop-up can have its own pieces, prices and codes, live for just those days.
  • Card and PayNow at the counter, each shop's takings counted separately.
  • Returns and exchanges in person for things bought online.
Marketplaces

TikTok Shop, Shopee and Lazada

If you also sell on marketplaces, their stock and orders are joined to yours, so nobody updates four stock counts by hand or oversells the last piece.

  • Stock updates on every marketplace when a piece sells anywhere.
  • Marketplace orders join the same pick list as the website's.
  • Each channel's sales, fees and refunds shown apart in the books.
  • See which channel really makes money after its fees.

Joining the marketplaces is a bigger build, scoped with you: which ones, how many pieces, how your stock is kept today.

Price

From S$199 a month

The price depends on the scope: how much of the above you need, how many shops, which marketplaces. Whatever it comes to, it is less than what you pay today for the apps and tools it replaces, added together.

Questions

Asked often.

Does my store have to be on Shopify?

No. Shopify is what this example runs on, but we build the same thing on WooCommerce and other store platforms. If you would rather not depend on any platform, we can build the whole store for you from scratch, checkout included.

Can I keep my Shopify store and my apps?

Yes. Your products, stock, orders and customers stay in Shopify, and shoppers still pay on Shopify's checkout. You choose which apps we replace; the rest keep working, and you can always go back to a theme.

What does it cost?

From S$199 a month, depending on the scope: how much of this page you need, how many shops, which marketplaces. Whatever it comes to, it is less than what you pay today for the apps and tools it replaces added together. No build fee, and the first year is committed.

We also sell in shops and at pop-ups. Can it cover those?

Yes. A till on a tablet or phone sells from the same stock as the website, recognises members at the counter and keeps each location's takings apart.

We also sell on TikTok Shop, Shopee or Lazada. Can those join up?

Yes. Stock is kept as one count across every channel, marketplace orders join the same pick list, and each channel's sales and fees show apart in the books. It is a bigger build, so we scope it with you first.

Is Vivre Activewear a real store?

Yes. It is a Singapore activewear brand, and everything in the seven chapters above runs on vivreactivewear.com today. Open it in a new window and shop it. The shops, pop-ups and marketplaces part is not something Vivre uses; it is what we build for a business that sells that way.

Who owns the store and the customer data?

You do. Everything sits in your own store and your own accounts. We build it and look after it.

Your brand next

Crush it in your own style.

We design the store around your brand, build what your way of selling needs, and keep changing it as you grow. You keep your Shopify store, your products and your customers. From S$199 a month, as part of Done for you.
