Help/Contacts and CRM

Contacts and CRM

One address book for everyone your business deals with: customers, suppliers and members. Each person has one page with their details, their invoices, their appointments and your notes. The pipeline board shows where each customer is, from first enquiry to regular.

What you can do

Your contact list

Add people, search them, sort customers from suppliers, and export the list.

A contact’s page

Their details, invoices, appointments and money, your notes, and a WhatsApp button.

Pipeline and follow-ups

Move customers across your stages, and never miss a follow-up or a birthday.

Import and merge

Bring in a spreadsheet of contacts, and join two records for the same person.

How it fits together

  1. People arrive on their own. A scanned receipt files the shop as a supplier. A booking, a shop pre-order or a new invoice files the customer. You can also add someone by hand or import a list.

  2. Each person has one page. Their page gathers everything the other modules know about them.

  3. You work your customers on the board. Drag them from stage to stage and log each call or meeting.

  4. You tidy up. When the same person shows up twice, merge the two records into one.

Contacts are part of every plan. The pipeline board, stages, the interaction log, follow-ups, birthdays and importing a CSV are part of CRM. If your plan does not include CRM, those parts show a lock, and your contacts stay free.
