The Free plan and Pro 365

Every business starts on the Free plan: S$0, no card and no time limit, for up to 15 sales a month. Pro 365 lifts the cap and adds the rest, for S$39 a month or S$365 a year.

How the 15 sales are counted

• One count for everything you sell: website and Online Shop orders (F&B included), bookings (classes and table bookings included), counter sales, and invoices you write yourself.

• Counted once: an invoice made for you from an order or a booking does not count again.

• From your first sale, your back office shows how many of this month’s 15 you have used.

• It starts again on the 1st of each month, Singapore time.

• Cancelled gives the place back: a cancelled order, an expired booking hold or a voided counter sale stops counting. A hand-written invoice you delete still counts; void it instead to cancel it.

At 10 sales, and at 15

1. At 10 we tell you by email, and on Telegram if you linked the order alerts bot, so you can plan ahead.

2. At 15 we tell you again. From then until the 1st, your order page, booking page and counter stop taking new sales. Your customers see This business is not taking orders right now (or bookings), with nothing about your plan.

3. Nothing you already have is touched. Orders and bookings already taken stay visible, and you make, deliver and complete them as usual.

4. To keep selling straight away, move to Pro 365 from Plan & billing in the back office. Pro 365 is paid by PayNow.

What is on the Free plan, and what Pro 365 adds

On the Free plan: every module set up, including your order website, PayNow and PayNow Auto-Confirm (with a supported business bank account), pickup points and delivery days and times, the prep list, recipe costing, bookings, invoices, CRM with unlimited contacts, and accounting you enter by hand. Support replies within a week.

Pro 365 adds:

• No cap on sales

• The AI assistant (on the Free plan you can connect your own Claude instead)

• Receipt scanning

• The website chatbot

• The GST return (F5) and Form C-S

• Payroll for your staff (the Free plan runs payroll for the owner)

• Team members signed in with you

• Company compliance

• Faster support

Nothing you put in is lost when you move up to Pro 365 or back to Free.

What your customers see

At the very bottom of your customer pages (your order page, booking page and website) there is one small line:

• Made with smeaio.com, on the Free plan only. It goes away on Pro 365.

• Report this business, on every business’s pages, free or paid. A customer can tell us about a scam, a paid order that never came or something inappropriate. Reports come to our team only and are never shown to the business.
