Your studio website
Switch on the Forge website and your studio link becomes a full website: big videos of your classes, a panel for each class, your coaches, your timetable and your prices. Customers buy, book and cancel on it the same way as on your plain studio page.
To see a finished one, open the example website for a made-up studio.
Open the Website page
In Fitness Studio, under Run the studio, press Website. Your studio page needs a link name first; if it has none, set one in Settings under Your studio page.
Choose a colour
Under Colour there are three: Black (near-black with khaki buttons), Ember (black with burnt-orange buttons) and Bone (a light background with black words and buttons). Press Preview on one to see your own website in it, then Use this.
The top: up to four classes
Under Top of the page there are four boxes, Class 1 to Class 4. They take turns at the top of your website, each with its name in big letters, like Spin / Reformer / Barre / Strength.
Type The big word for each and press Save the words. Leave one empty and your next class name from the Timetable is used.
For each, press Upload a video (6 to 8 seconds, no sound, up to 25 MB) or Upload a photo. With both, the photo shows while the video loads. With neither, the word shows on your colour.
The other sections
Each section says On your website or Hidden until filled in, and what it still needs. A section you have not filled in is left off, so nothing ever shows empty.
- A photo banner: a wide photo with one short line on it.
- A few words about you: a title and two or three sentences. Empty, and the short intro your studio page already has is used, if it has one.
- The training: one tall panel for each class on your Timetable, with its description. Add a photo to each.
- A photo beside a quote: a photo, a big line, the quote and who said it.
- The big statement: four to six short lines. Put one word between stars, like
*studio*, to ring it. - Play reel: a photo of a class with a few words over it. Add a longer video and customers can tap to play it full screen.
- Coaches: your instructors, with their bios from the Instructors page. Add a photo of each.
- The bottom of the page: where to find you and your front desk hours.
No pictures yet? Use ours
Next to any photo or video, press Use one of ours and pick one. They are made for SME AI Office and free to use on your website. Upload your own over it whenever you like.
Preview, then switch it on
Press Preview with my classes. Your website opens in a new window with your real timetable and prices. Customers cannot see it yet.
When you are happy, press Switch the website on. From then on, your studio link shows the website. The timetable, prices and My classes pages are in the same look.
To go back, press Go back to the plain page. Nothing is lost: your sections stay saved for next time.
