Using SME AI Office outside Singapore
For businesses in Hong Kong, the Philippines, Brunei, Australia, New Zealand and India. Your business works in your own money from the first screen, your customers pay you the way people in your country usually pay, and you mark the money received. In Malaysia? See Using SME AI Office in Malaysia.
Signing up in your country
Start from your country’s site and press Start free: Hong Kong, the Philippines, Brunei, Australia, New Zealand or India.
Sign up with your email or with Google.
Your back office opens in your money: HK$, ₱, B$, A$, NZ$ or ₹. Settings shows your country.
The country is set once, when you sign up. If you signed up from the wrong site, message us on WhatsApp and we will move you across.
Tell customers how to pay you
Open the payment settings of what you sell: your shop, your bookings, or the settings of your Business (F&B, Fitness Studio, Personal Coach, Learning Centre).
Fill in How customers pay you, the way you would text a customer. For example:
Hong Kong: FPS ID 1234567, or FPS to 9123 4567 (SME Bakery). Please put your order number in the note.
The Philippines: GCash or Maya 0917 123 4567 (Maria S.), or BDO 0012 3456 7890.
Brunei: BIBD 0012 3456 7890, SME Bakery.
Australia: PayID [email protected], or BSB 062-000 Acc 1234 5678.
New Zealand: ANZ 01-0123-0123456-00, SME Bakery.
India: HDFC Bank, A/c 50100123456789, IFSC HDFC0001234. (Put your UPI ID in its own box too: see below.)
Save. It is one setting for everything you sell. It also shows on your invoices when you have not typed bank details there.
At checkout your customer sees the amount in your money, your details, and their order or booking number to use as the reference.
India: your UPI QR
In India your customers pay by UPI. Type your UPI ID once and every order, booking, class and fee page, and every invoice, shows a UPI QR with the amount and the order number already filled in. On a phone, your customer also gets a Pay with a UPI app button.
Find your UPI ID in Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM or your bank app, under your profile or Receive money. It looks like name@okhdfcbank or 9876543210@ybl.
Open the payment settings of what you sell. Under UPI, type your UPI ID and press Save UPI ID.
Test it once. Make a small order on your own page, scan the QR from another phone and pay ₹1. Check your name shows and the money arrives.
If a customer’s UPI app will not accept the QR, turn off Fill in the amount and order number for the customer. They will then type the amount themselves.
When the money arrives
After paying, your customer presses I have paid. The order or booking shows that they say they have paid.
Check your bank or wallet. When the money is there, press Money received. The order is confirmed, a pack or a term starts, and the sale goes into your profit and loss.
Nothing confirms payments by itself yet, so always check before pressing it.
What you get, and what you do not
You get: your websites, bookings, packs and class credits, classes by the term, the online shop and F&B ordering, the till, inventory, customers, reviews and your blog. In the back office: Reporting, a profit and loss that fills itself. Every sale goes in by itself and what each item cost you comes from Inventory; other costs, like rent, you add by hand.
Not outside Singapore:
Tax. No GST or VAT returns and no e-invoicing. SME AI Office gives you a profit and loss report; it does not prepare or file tax.
Payroll, HR and company compliance.
The AI assistant, receipt scanning and the website chatbot.
Card payments and payments that confirm themselves.
If you need one of these, tell us. A lot of SME AI Office was added because a customer asked.
It is a beta: free for now
Outside Singapore, SME AI Office is a beta. It is free for now, with no limit on sales, while we learn what businesses in your country need.
When it launches properly it will be one monthly price: HK$59 in Hong Kong, ₱399 in the Philippines, B$9.90 in Brunei, A$9.90 in Australia, NZ$9.90 in New Zealand, and in India ₹99 a month or ₹999 a year. We show it now so it is no surprise later.
The 15-sales count of the Free plan shows in your back office, but it does not stop you during the beta.
The more feedback you send, the longer your account stays free. Press Feedback in the back office and tell us what is missing, confusing or wrong.
