Your shop website
Turn your shop link into a proper website with three pages: Home, About and Shop. Your products, prices, photos and questions come from your Online Shop by themselves. You add your logo, your story and a few pictures. Your shop link always opens this website; there is no separate plain shop page any more. Customers add things to a bag and pay at your usual PayNow checkout, in the same look.
Pick a look
In the Retail sidebar, under Website, open Website.
Under Look, press Preview ↗ on each to see your own shop in it, then press Use this on the one you like. You can change it any time.
Sky: soft sky and deep blue, rounded letters. Playful: children, gifts, crafts.
Linen: warm cream and clay, a classic serif. Handmade, home, beauty.
Ink: near black and white, clean letters. Fashion, gadgets, prints.
Pop: lime, navy and pastel stickers, bold capitals, a "Shop by category" band made from your product categories. Gifts, lifestyle, homeware.
Fill in your pages
Under Your pages, section by section, each section says which page it is on and whether it is On your website or Hidden until filled in. A section you have not filled in is left off, so nothing ever shows empty. Press Save under a section after typing.
Home page: your logo, a big line, a sentence or two and a wide picture at the top; What you make with a photo; Your products (your first eight on sale, by themselves); up to six cards on why people love it; an offer band whose button can put one product straight into the bag; what customers say; and a last big line.
About page: your story (else the About text in Settings › Store), up to six people or characters with a picture each, up to six pictures with captions, and your questions from Settings.
Shop page: every product on sale, grouped by category, with a title and a line you choose.
The foot of every page: a line about you and a line for custom or bulk orders. Your email, phone, WhatsApp and social links come from Settings › Store.
For a picture, press Upload a picture (JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 8 MB).
Reviews: only type in reviews people really gave you. Real reviews customers leave on their orders (4 and 5 stars with words) show after yours by themselves.
Your shop link opens it
Every shop link, smeaio.com/s/yourname/shop, opens your website. There is nothing to switch on. A shop with nothing filled in yet still shows your products, prices and checkout.
Press Open ↗ to see it as customers do, or Preview ↗ under Look to try another look before you choose it.
Older links to your shop, including printed QR codes, still work and open your website’s Shop page.
Pages and menu: one website at smeaio.com/s/yourname
The Your website: pages and menu card at the top of this page is the same on Online Shop › Website and Personal Coach › Website. It turns your shop and booking page into one website at smeaio.com/s/yourname, with no /shop or /book on the end.
Tick Use this as my website at smeaio.com/s/yourname.
If you have both a shop and a booking page, pick Online Shop look or Personal Coach look. The words, photos and colours of each look are set on its own Website page.
Tick the pages to show: Home, Services, Shop, About, Book and Journal, depending on what your business has. Rename any of them, for example Services to Training, and change the word in its link.
Drag ⠿ (or press ▲ ▼) to put the menu in your order. Press Add a link for up to six of your own, such as Instagram.
Press Save website. Preview shows it before you switch it on.
Your old shop and booking links keep working. If you change a page’s link word, the old word opens your home page.
What your customers see
Your shop link (smeaio.com/s/yourname) opens your Home page, with Home, About (or Our story) and Shop at the top and a bag icon.
Tapping a product opens its photos, price and description with Add to bag. A product with sizes, colours or add-ons shows them right there: the customer taps their choice and the price updates before they add it.
The bag shows what they picked, delivery or self-collect, and Checkout, which goes to your usual PayNow checkout in the same look. Orders arrive in Online Shop › Orders exactly as before.
Where to find you: your Business details
Your address, phone, email and opening hours are typed once, in Settings › Business details, and every website you have shows them: the Contact column at the bottom of every page, with your opening hours under it. The Website page has the same box, under Where to find you; saving it there changes your Business details too, so your invoices and receipts show the new address and phone as well. Set each day to Open with its times, or Closed, and add a short note under your hours if you like (like "Closed on public holidays"). Days with the same hours are shown together, like "Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm".
Questions
Does it cost extra?
No. It is on every plan, including the Free plan. On the Free plan a small “Powered by SME AI Office · Start free” line shows at the bottom of each page.
I sell food. Is this for me?
Use the F&B website instead (F&B › Website): it has a menu, ordering and table bookings made for food. When it is on, it takes the place of this one.
Can it be on my own domain?
Yes, with Pro 365. On your Website page, under Your own domain, type the address, like shop.yourname.sg, and add the one record it shows where you bought the domain. It usually goes live within 15 minutes, with the padlock added for you. Your smeaio.com link then sends people there. Emails still come from SME AI Office in your business name.
I changed a price. Do I change the website too?
No. Products, prices and photos come from your Online Shop, so the website changes by itself.
