How much does it cost?
The Free plan is ₹0 with no card, for up to 15 sales a month. Each lesson booked counts as one sale, so enrolling a student in a 10-lesson term uses 10 of the 15. Pro 365 is ₹99 a month, or ₹999 a year, with no cap and everything else in SME AI Office. There is no fee per enrolment and no cut of your fees.
Who is it for?
Any centre that runs classes on a fixed day and time every week and sells them by the term or by the month: tuition centres, enrichment schools, and music, art, swimming, coding and language schools.
Can I sell by the month instead of by the term?
Yes. On Terms, press Add the next 3 months and each month becomes a term. A class priced per lesson then costs more in a month with five lessons than in one with four, worked out for you.
What does a student pay if they join halfway through a term?
By default, only the lessons left. Joining a 10-lesson term at lesson 4 pays for 7, and for a class with one fee for the term they pay 7/10 of it. If you would rather charge the full term, change it in Settings. Either way they only get seats in the lessons still to come.
How do parents pay?
By bank transfer. When you enrol a student, the parent is emailed the fee with your bank details and a reference. They pay from their banking app and tap I have paid, and you press Money received once you see it in your bank. Paid in cash at the desk? Record it when you enrol.
Can parents enrol their child themselves?
Yes, once you switch on your website (Learning Centre › Website). Parents pick a class, see every lesson date and the fee, and enrol and pay by UPI themselves. They can also book one free trial lesson, which you can switch off. You can still enrol a student yourself at any time.
How do make-up lessons work?
In Settings you choose how many make-ups a student gets each term, or none. When a student is marked absent, you can give that lesson back and book it into the same class another week, or another class with a free seat. A lesson you call off yourself is always owed back, and does not count towards the limit.
Can my teachers take the register?
Yes. On Pro 365, invite them from Settings, Team, and tick Learning Centre (teacher). They sign in and see only the lessons they teach, with the students in each, and never a fee. You can also take the register yourself on any plan.
What happens when a student leaves mid-term?
Open them in Students and press Withdraw. Their seat in every lesson still to come is given up, and the lessons not given are worked out and recorded as a refund in your accounting. You send the money back to the parent yourself.
How does it show up in my accounting?
A term fee paid is money for lessons you have not given yet, so it goes on your balance sheet as Paid in advance, not yet used, rather than straight into income. Each lesson then moves its share into income as it happens. A refund is recorded as its own line. It all shows on your P&L.
Do parents need to download anything?
No. The fee email opens a web page in their phone browser, with your bank details and the reference. There is no app and no password.
