Does SME AI Office put a PayNow QR on my invoices in Singapore?

Yes. Every Singapore dollar invoice from SME AI Office carries a PayNow QR for exactly the amount due, with a reference filled in. Your customer scans it with DBS, POSB, PayLah!, UOB, Citibank or most banking apps, and cannot change the amount.

Is invoicing free?

Yes, up to 10 invoices a month on the Free plan, each with your PayNow QR, with no monthly fee and no card. Pro 365, S$39 a month or S$365 a year, gives you unlimited invoices. Customers paying by your PayNow QR or bank transfer costs nothing on any plan.

Can customers pay an invoice by card?

Yes, if you connect your own HitPay account. Customers can then pay by card or PayNow and the invoice is marked paid by itself, with no platform fee from us; HitPay charges its own fee. Open a free HitPay account.

Does it send payment reminders?

Yes. Turn on reminders once and pick the days. Polite emails go before the due date, on the day and after it, and stop as soon as the invoice is paid. You can switch them off for one invoice or one customer.

Can a customer accept a quote online?

Yes. Your customer reads the quote on their phone, types their name and presses Accept. One click then turns it into an invoice with the same lines. SME AI Office also makes pro-forma invoices and repeat invoices for monthly fees.

Can I send an invoice by WhatsApp?

Yes. Send it by email, by WhatsApp with the message written for you, or copy the customer’s link. Their page lets them view, pay and download the invoice with no login.
