Who it is for
If your students come on the same day at the same time each week, and parents pay for a term or a month at a time, this is made for you. One classroom or several, one teacher or a team.
Four things to set up, and then every student is a few taps: pick the class, pick the term, press Enrol.
A term is a first day, a last day and any weeks off. Or sell by the month with one button. Public holidays are skipped for you.3

Terms and fees
Sell by the school term, or by the month. The fee is worked out from the lessons that really happen, so you never count Saturdays on a calendar again.
Term 4 runs from 3 October to 28 November. Add the holiday week as no lessons, and every class knows it is off.
One press adds October, November and December as terms. A Saturday class at S$45 a lesson is S$225 in October and S$180 in November.2
A student who joins halfway pays only for the lessons left. Or, if you prefer, set it so they pay the full term.
Per lesson: the lesson price times the lessons in that term. One fee for the term: the same fee however many lessons, and a late joiner pays their share of it.
Enrolling and paying
Pick the class and the term. You see how many lessons and the fee before you press Enrol. Then the student has a seat in every lesson left, all at once.
Press Enrol and email the fee. Five seats are booked, and the parent gets the fee with a PayNow QR and a reference.2
The fee is worked out before you enrol, from the lessons still to come.
The email opens a page with the fee, a PayNow QR and a reference. They pay from their banking app and tap I have paid. You press Money received once it is in your bank.4
Paid in cash, or by PayNow at the front desk? Pick that when you enrol, and it is recorded as paid straight away.
If your business bank account supports it, the payment is confirmed by itself once the exact amount and reference arrive, and the parent is emailed.
If a lesson in the term is already full, nothing is booked, so nobody ends up with half a term. Open classes also show on your booking page, where a parent can book one trial lesson at the lesson price.
Today, make-ups and withdrawing
Your teachers open Today and see the lessons they teach and who is in them. They tap Present or Absent. You never chase a paper register again.
The lessons of the day in order, with the classroom, the teacher and the students. Present, Absent, or Everyone is present. A teacher’s own login shows only their lessons, and never a fee.
Set how many make-ups a student gets each term, or none. A missed lesson can be given back and booked into the same class another week, or another class with a free seat.
Teacher off sick? Call the lesson off. Everybody in it is emailed, and each enrolled student is owed that lesson back, whatever your make-up limit.
Withdraw a student and every lesson to come is given up. The lessons not given are worked out and recorded as a refund in your accounting. You send the money back yourself.5
Students shows each class this term: who is enrolled, who has paid, lessons given and lessons owed.
A term paid is not income yet. It waits on your balance sheet and moves into income one lesson at a time, as each lesson happens, even if nobody took the register.5
GST on the day it is paid. If you are GST-registered, the GST is counted when the fee comes in, and shows on your GST return.
Refunds are their own line. A withdrawal never deletes the sale, so your records still show what was paid and what went back.
How we compare
Most centres run on a spreadsheet of students, a class chat and a pile of PayNow screenshots. It works until the second classroom, the third teacher or the first refund.

The Free plan is S$0 with no card, for up to 15 sales a month. Each lesson booked counts as one sale, so enrolling a student in a 10-lesson term uses 10 of the 15. Pro 365 is S$39 a month, or S$365 a year, with no cap and everything else in SME AI Office. There is no fee per enrolment and no cut of your fees.

Yes. On Terms, press Add the next 3 months and each month becomes a term. A class priced per lesson then costs more in a month with five lessons than in one with four, worked out for you.
By default, only the lessons left. Joining a 10-lesson term at lesson 4 pays for 7, and for a class with one fee for the term they pay 7/10 of it. If you would rather charge the full term, change it in Settings. Either way they only get seats in the lessons still to come.
By PayNow. When you enrol a student, the parent is emailed the fee with a PayNow QR and a reference. They pay from their banking app and tap I have paid, and you press Money received once you see it in your bank. If your business bank account supports PayNow Auto-Confirm, it confirms for you. Paid in cash at the desk? Record it when you enrol.
