After the first year

Renew monthly or yearly, at the same price. Your price stays while you are with us; we review it once a year at renewal and tell you at least a month before any change.

If you leave

One month’s notice. You leave with a full export of your data, and your domain stays yours. The website and system we built run on our platform, so they stop when you leave.

When it costs more

Most businesses fit the plan. A bigger build, with more functions or more complexity, is quoted before we start, usually below what an agency would charge for the same work.

Frequently asked.

How is this different from Pro 365?

It is the same system. With Pro 365 you set it up yourself for RM49 a month, and support is a ticket from inside the product. With Done for you we set it up, move your data, run several locations, give you your own domain and a designed website, build around the parts that do not fit, and a person answers from 10am to 10pm every day.

Why is there no build fee?

Because you start with us for a year. That first year is what pays for the setup, the data move and the website, so you do not have to find a lump sum before anything is running.

We already use a well-known system. Why would we need this?

You might not. But most software, however good, still lacks something your real operation needs and cannot be worked around. Tell us how your business runs and where it breaks. If we can build it in, we will say how; if we cannot, we will say that too.

What happens when our business changes?

We change the system with it. A new outlet, a new service or a new way of working is edited into what we built, so it keeps matching how you actually run.

How fast do you respond?

From 10am to 10pm every day, weekends and public holidays included. If we can fix it remotely, a person is on it within an hour. If it needs us there, like the network at your counter or a printer that will not print, we come down within two to four hours. Outside those hours, tell us what you need and we will price it to fit.

What happens after the first year?

You renew monthly or yearly, at the same price. Your price stays while you are with us; we review it once a year at renewal and tell you at least a month before any change.

What if we want to leave?

Give us one month’s notice after the first year. You take a full export of your data with you, and your domain was always yours. The website and the system we built run on our platform, so they stop when you leave.

Can you move our data from the system we use now?

Yes, that is part of it. Customers, members, products, stock and past sales, from whatever you use today, usually from an export or a spreadsheet. Nobody on your team retypes anything.

Do we get our own domain?

Yes. You keep your domain with whoever you bought it from; we connect it and design the website that runs on it.

What if our business is nothing like these examples?

  1. Support hours are 10am to 10pm every day, including weekends and public holidays. Within an hour means a person from our team is working on it remotely; two to four hours means we are at your location for a problem that cannot be fixed remotely, such as the network or a printer. Neither means every problem is fixed in that time. Support outside those hours is priced to your needs and agreed first. On Pro 365 on its own, support is by ticket from inside the product.
  2. RM199 a month for the first location and RM100 a month for each extra location, with Pro 365 included. There is no build fee; the first year is committed. After that it renews monthly or yearly at the same price, reviewed once a year with at least a month’s notice of any change, and ends on one month’s notice. On leaving you receive an export of your data; the website, design and code we built stay with us. What is built for your business is agreed with you in writing before we start, including what happens to that work if you leave.
