A teacher crouches beside a child pointing at a workbook, in a bright classroom of eight children at one long table.

Custom Learning Centre · for groups

Five centres.
One climb.

For tuition and enrichment groups that have outgrown one shopfront: several centres, dozens of teachers, a manager at each centre and a head office trying to see it all. One website parents enrol on, one fee run for every family, teachers paid for the lessons they actually taught, and numbers for each centre, all in one place.

Climb is made up. It is our example primary tuition centre, and its website works today: open it and find a class, enrol or book a trial. On this page we have grown it into a group of five centres to show what we build for a bigger business. Every screen below is drawn with made-up data.

Why build it

One centre runs on software. Five run on people chasing people.

Every centre an island

Five sets of everything

Each centre keeps its own class list, its own fee spreadsheet and its own parents' chat group. Head office finds out what happened last month by asking five managers, and gets five different answers.

Teachers are the biggest cost

Pay from the register

Part-timers paid per lesson, at a rate by level, across two centres, with relief lessons on top. Worked out by hand at month end, it is slow and it is where mistakes cost you teachers.

Parents compare

One Climb, not five shops

A parent with one child in Puchong and one in Setia Alam wants one bill, one login and the same care at both. The brand is only as strong as the weakest centre's admin.

A P6 boy works through an exam-style Maths paper with a small timer on the table while a teacher marks beside him. Two young children sound out words from a picture book with a teacher, on low stools. A girl looks at a leaf through a hand lens while the boy beside her draws it in a notebook.

What's inside

01 — One website, every centre Runs today for one centreSeveral centres built for you

Find a class. Any centre.

Parents look for a level, a subject and a day that works, and then the centre nearest home or school. One website shows every class at every centre with live seats, and a parent enrols for the term or books a free trial in a minute.

Drawn with made-up data

Every class, every centre

  • Search by level, subject, day and centre, with seats left shown live.
  • Enrol once for the term: the same seat every week until the term ends.
  • Joining late? The fee is worked out for the lessons left, never the ones gone.
  • Free trial lessons booked straight into a real class, and passed to that centre to follow up.
  • Each centre its own page: address, rooms, opening hours, its own teachers.
Try Climb's class finder

Drawn with a made-up family

The parent area

Every child, one login

No app to download and no password to forget: parents sign in with their email and see each child's classes, lessons left, make-ups and what is due. In a group, that page follows the family across centres, so two children at two centres still means one login and one bill.

The Climb shopfront in an condo block: a glass front under a dark sign reading CLIMB, with children's drawings on the windows.
Inside the centre: a waiting area with a bench and bookshelf, and glass-walled classrooms behind with children at tables.

In your brand, not ours

The website wears your colours, your photos and your words, on your own web address. Climb's is ink and electric blue with seven coloured bands; yours will look like you.

What runs today is one centre with its classrooms. Several centres on one website, with a centre on every class, teacher and register, is what we build for a group.

02 — Terms and fees Built for you on what runs today

2,318 invoices. One morning.

Term fees are the heartbeat of the business, and in most groups they are also the biggest spreadsheet. Here the whole group's fees go out in one run, each family gets one bill, and the front desk sees who has paid.

Drawn with made-up data

From fee run to paid

  • Term invoices out in one go for every family at every centre, each worked out lesson by lesson, public holidays left out.
  • One bill per family, even with children at two centres, and sibling discounts taken off by themselves.
  • Bank transfer to your account: the family pays, you press Money received, and the fee turns paid.
  • Overdue fees chased on a schedule you set, politely, and flagged to the centre manager after that.
  • A child moving centre mid-term keeps what they paid: the balance moves with them.

Runs on SME AI Office's terms, pro-rated fees and books. The group run, sibling discounts, reminders by schedule and centre moves are built around your fee rules.

03 — Teachers Built for you

Paid for every lesson. Covered when sick.

A group lives or dies on its teachers: full-timers on salary, part-timers paid by the lesson, some teaching at two centres. Their pay comes straight from the registers they mark, and a sick day stops being a phone-around.

Drawn with made-up data

Relief in minutes

  • A teacher reports sick from their phone, or the manager marks them off.
  • The lesson is offered only to teachers who teach that level and subject and are free then, nearest centre first.
  • The first to tap Take it gets it. The register, the class notes and the relief pay move with it.
  • Parents are told who is teaching, if you want them to be.

Drawn with a made-up teacher

Month end

The register is the timesheet

When a teacher marks attendance, that lesson counts towards their pay, at the rate for that level. At month end, each part-timer's lessons across every centre add up into a statement they can check, ready to pay.

A teacher at two centres is booked once: the timetable will not put them in two rooms at the same time.

Two P5 children work a model-drawing Maths problem at a whiteboard while their teacher points.

A place for each teacher

Every teacher sees their own week across centres, their class lists, the notes left by the last teacher, and their own pay statements. They never see another teacher's pay.

04 — Centre managers and head teachers Built for you

Run your centre. See only yours.

A centre manager needs today's lessons, rooms, trials and make-ups for their centre, and nothing else. A head teacher needs every report in their subject before it reaches a parent. Head office needs all of it.

Drawn with made-up data

The manager's day

  • Today's lessons by room and teacher, with registers as they are marked.
  • Trials to follow up, and which ones became enrolments.
  • Make-ups, including a child from another centre taking a seat here.
  • Rooms and timetable for their centre, with clashes caught before they happen.
  • Fees due at their centre, so the front desk knows who to remind at pick-up.

Head teachers

Nothing reaches a parent unread

Teachers write each child's end-of-term report. The head teacher for that subject reads them across every centre, sends any back with a note, and approves the rest. Approved reports go to parents in the parent area on the day you choose, all at once.

The same head teacher sees how each centre's classes in their subject are moving through the bands, so a weak spot shows up in week five, not at the end of the year.

Head office

Every centre, all fees, all pay, the books and every number, side by side.

Centre manager

Their centre's classes, rooms, registers, trials, make-ups and fees due. Not other centres, not anyone's pay.

Head teacher

Their subject across every centre: reports to approve, band progress, teachers to support.

Front desk

Enrol, book trials and make-ups, take payment at the desk, answer parents. For their centre.

Teacher

Their own week, class lists, registers, reports to write and pay statements.

05 — Parents who stay Built for you

Seen every step. Back next term.

Keeping a family is cheaper than finding one. Parents stay when they can see their child moving, hear from the centre without chasing it, and never lose their seat.

Climb's bands. On Climb's website today they are words and pictures; tracking each child's band is part of the build.

Drawn with made-up data

Reasons to stay

  • Progress reports and bands in the parent area, approved before they are sent.
  • Class announcements from the teacher to that class's parents, not a noisy group chat.
  • Re-enrolment first for current students: next term's seat is held for a set time, then opens to the waitlist and new families.
  • Referrals with a reward for both families, tracked per centre.
  • Holiday camps offered to every centre's families in one go.
Children in safety goggles launch a water-bottle rocket in an open-air court.
A child's hands ink a comic strip panel at a table covered with markers.
Children in matching T-shirts build a tall paper tower together, laughing.

Camps that fill themselves

December and June camps, Art Studio and enrichment classes are offered to the families you already have, at every centre, with one tap to book. Paid by bank transfer, in the same parent area, on the same books.

06 — The numbers Built for you · the books run today

Every centre. Side by side.

Which centre is growing, which one is full on Saturdays and empty on Wednesdays, which one turns trials into families. Head office sees it on one page, from the same records the centres work in, not from five spreadsheets sent in at month end.

Drawn with made-up data

What head office actually asks

  • Revenue per centre, and per level and subject inside it.
  • Fees received in advance, not yet earned, kept apart until each lesson is taught, so a full January bank account is not mistaken for profit.
  • Seat fill by class and time slot, to see where to add a class and where to merge two.
  • Teacher cost per lesson by centre, from the registers and pay statements.
  • Trial-to-enrol rate per centre and per teacher.

The books themselves and fees received in advance run today in SME AI Office. The centre-by-centre view is built around how your group is organised.

Questions

Asked often.

Is Climb real?

No. Climb is a made-up primary tuition centre we built as an example, and its group of five centres on this page is made up too. Its website works, so you can try finding a class, enrolling and booking a trial. Every screen on this page is drawn with made-up data.

Is all of this already built?

Part of it. For one centre, SME AI Office runs today: the parents' website with enrolment, free trials and the parent area, terms and fixed-day classes, pro-rated fees, make-ups, fees paid by bank transfer, and the books, including fees received in advance. Several centres, per-lesson teacher pay, relief cover, report approvals, re-enrolment, sibling discounts, band tracking and the head-office view are what we build around your group, on top of that.

We run one centre. Is this for us?

Probably not yet. Learning Centre in Pro 365 is made for one centre with its classrooms: terms, classes, enrolment, pro-rated fees, make-ups and your own parents' website, from RM49 a month (see the Learning Centre page). When you open a second centre, come back to us.

Can you move our students, families and balances across?

Yes. We move your families, children, classes, teachers and what each family has paid from your current system or spreadsheets, and check the balances with you before any parent sees them.

Who owns the data?

You do. Your families, children, teachers and books are yours, and you can take them with you if you leave. We build the system and look after it.

How fast do you respond?

A person answers from 10am to 10pm every day. We aim to help within an hour remotely, and within 2 to 4 hours on site when it needs someone there.

We are a music school, an enrichment centre, not tuition. Does it fit?

Yes. Terms, classes on a fixed day and time, enrolling once for the term, per-lesson or flat fees, make-ups and teachers paid per lesson work the same for music, art, coding, languages, sport and enrichment. We shape the words and the rules around how you teach.

What does it cost?

From RM199 a month for the first centre and RM100 a month for each extra centre, with Pro 365 included. No build fee, the first year is committed, and it renews at the same price with one month's notice after that. Bigger builds are priced separately once scoped.
