Money for sessions not yet given is not income yet. It waits on your balance sheet and moves into income one session at a time, once each one happens.5

Your rules on no-shows. If they do not turn up, they lose that session or get it back: you pick the default, and change it for one person from their page.

A cancel cut-off you set. Free to cancel until 12 or 24 hours before, or whatever suits you. After that, it counts as used.

Frequently asked.

How much does it cost?

The Free plan is RM0 with no card, for up to 15 sales a month. Each session counts as one sale, including each week of a weekly slot. Pro 365 is RM49 a month, or RM499 a year, with no cap and everything else in SME AI Office. There is no per-booking fee and no cut of what you are paid.

Who is it for?

Anyone who sells their own time: personal trainers, coaches, tutors, massage and sports therapists, freelance stylists, music teachers. On your own, or with a small team.

I used Bookings. What changed?

Bookings is now Personal Coach. Your services, places, hours, bookings and settings are all still there, and your booking link has not changed. On top you get My day, Clients, Packages and Weekly slots.

Do I get a website?

Yes, on every plan. In Personal Coach, open Website, pick White or Black, add your words and photos, preview it, and switch it on. Your booking link then opens your website, with your services, prices, packs, reviews and a Book now button on every page. Your own domain is Done for you.

How do clients pay?

By bank transfer. Your booking page shows your bank details, the amount and a reference to quote. The client pays from their banking app and taps to say they have paid, and you press Money received once you see it in your bank. The money goes straight from their bank to yours, so nothing is taken out of it.

How does a client use their pack?

They sign in on your booking page with the email they bought the pack with, pick a time, and choose Use my pack. There is nothing to pay, and a session comes off the pack.

Can I sell a pack in person?

Yes. Open the client in Clients, press Sell a pack, pick the pack and say whether they paid in cash or by bank transfer. They are emailed that it is ready.

How do weekly slots work?

After booking a session from their pack, a client taps Same time every week? and picks how many weeks. You open Weekly slots, see each week checked against your diary, move or untick any that clash, and press Book the ticked weeks. Each week uses one session of the pack. Stop the slot and every week still to come goes back on the pack.

What happens when somebody cancels, or does not turn up?

You set how late they may cancel for free. If they do not turn up, you choose the default: they lose that session, or they get it back. Either way you can change it for one person from their page in Clients.

Can I go to my clients’ homes?

Yes. Switch on going to the customer, and they type their address when they book. You can add a travel charge, and the time it takes to get there is kept free in your diary. On the day, My day shows the address with a Google Maps link.

How does it show up in my accounting?

A pack sold is money for sessions you have not given yet, so it goes on your balance sheet as Paid in advance, not yet used, rather than straight into income. Each session then moves its share into income once it happens. A single session paid on its own goes into your P&L when you confirm the payment. A refund is recorded as its own line.

Can you set it all up for me?

Yes. Personal Coach is self-serve on the Free plan and Pro 365. If you want it set up and looked after for you, on your own domain and designed around your brand, that is Done for you, from RM199 a month. See Done for you.

Do my clients need to download anything?

No. Your booking page is a web page, opened in their phone browser from a link you share. They sign in with a code sent to their email, with no password to remember.

  2. Every business, person, place and figure shown in the screens on this page is invented and illustrative.
  3. When the next session is somewhere else, the gap you set for travelling is kept free between the two. A client booking a home visit types their own address, and you can add a travel charge.
  4. Payment is by bank transfer. Your booking page shows your bank details, the amount and a reference, the client transfers the money directly to your own bank, and a pack or session is confirmed once you record that the money arrived. A pack sold in person can be recorded as paid in cash or by bank transfer. Nothing is deducted from what you are paid because no payment processor sits in the middle.
  5. A pack sold is recorded as money received for sessions not yet given, shown on the balance sheet as “Paid in advance, not yet used”. Each session moves its share into income once it happens. A refund of the unused part is recorded as a separate negative line rather than by deleting the sale, and the transfer itself is made by you. The balance sheet shown is illustrative.
