F&B

Your own ordering website.
And the kitchen behind it.

A website customers order and book from, paid by PayNow. Behind it, the prep list, what every item costs to make, your ingredients and your waste, a counter till and a kitchen display. One back office.

From your home kitchen to your first shop. Part of Pro 365, from S$39 a month.1

A small café seen from above with its walls cut away: diners at tables, the owner at the counter serving a customer, a cook in the kitchen, shelves of ingredients in the store room and a desk with a laptop at the back, all joined by gold lines.

One outlet. One system. An order from the website, the counter or a table goes to the kitchen, takes its ingredients off the shelf and lands in your books, without typing it twice.4

You opened one café. Why does it feel like five jobs? Bring it together with SME AIO. Your own website, table bookings, QR ordering and counter sales, connected to one kitchen display. Know your recipe costs. Confirm payment, and ingredients update. Record waste, and see what it costs. Sales and food costs flow into your accounts. Less retyping, more time for your café. One outlet, one connected system. F&B AIO, in Pro 365. S$365 a year.

Not a café yet? Good.

Start at home.
Grow into a shop.

You do not need a restaurant to use F&B. Use only the parts your business needs today. The rest waits until you need it.

Home kitchen

Take orders from home

Your own ordering website, paid by PayNow. Pickup points or delivery, on the days and times you choose. A prep list for each day, so nobody adds up orders at midnight.

Pop-up or market

Sell on the spot too

Everything from home, plus the counter till for sales at a market, a pop-up or your doorstep, cash or card. Walk-in sales and website orders land in the same books.

Café or restaurant

Open the doors

Everything before, plus table bookings, ordering by QR at the table and a kitchen display that shows website, counter and table orders in one queue.

Same system, same S$39 a month. When you open a shop, nothing moves: your menu, customers and books are already there.1

Picture needed here: the same baker at home, at a market stall, then in a café

Paste this into ChatGPT with public/assets/aio/fnb-map.jpg attached as the style reference. Save versions as marketing-images/fnb/sizes-v1.png, then export the chosen one to public/assets/aio/fnb-sizes.jpg. Only you can see this box: it is hidden on smeaio.com.

Match the style of the attached picture exactly: a premium, warm, tactile miniature 3D illustration, like a still from an animated feature film. Create ONE clean landscape 16:9 image showing THREE separate miniature cutaways side by side, left to right, each a little bigger than the one before, like the same business growing up. Each is seen from an elevated three-quarter view with its walls partly removed, and each floats on its own soft contact shadow with clear space between them. 1) LEFT, smallest: a Singapore HDB flat kitchen, a home baker in a mustard apron boxing a cake on the counter, an oven, a phone propped on the counter, a stack of cake boxes by the front door ready for pickup. 2) MIDDLE: a weekend market pop-up stall under a small canopy, the same baker in the same mustard apron handing a box to a customer, a glass cake display and a small tablet till on the table. 3) RIGHT, largest: a small café shop unit, a few tables of diners, the same baker at the counter serving a customer, a cook in an open kitchen behind, shelves of flour and ingredients, a small desk with a laptop at the back. Warm lamps, wood, plants, friendly lifelike small characters. All three sit on one plain warm ivory #FBF6EC background with clear space at the edges; every miniature is fully visible. No text, letters, numbers, logos, signs, labels, arrows, lines, charts or floating cards anywhere; no borders or panels.

Set up your menu once.
Then just cook.

Your menu, your pickup times and your PayNow details go in once. After that, orders arrive, the lists write themselves, and the books keep up.

Pickup or delivery, a collection day and time, choices like a size, a spice level or a message on the cake. Paid by PayNow, straight to you.3

03

The prep list adds up each day. Confirm a payment and the recipe takes the ingredients off your shelf.

04

It is in your books

The sale and what it cost to make land in your P&L on their own, so you can see what each item really earns.4

Nobody adds up orders at midnight. The prep list counts every item and every choice for each day, and shows what is still waiting for a payment check.

You finally know your margin. A recipe says what it uses and how many it makes; the cost comes from what you actually paid for the flour, the chicken or the coffee beans.

And you see your waste. Throw away a burnt tray or spoilt milk, count what is left now and then, and the gap between what orders used and what left the shelf shows up in dollars.

How we compare

F&B vs
an ordering site

A simple ordering site takes the order and stops there. Everything after it, the lists, the costs, the stock and the accounts, is still yours to do by hand.

This is not the end
of this module.

Ask for something and it gets built. Every account has a Feedback button that raises a real ticket, read by the person who writes the code. If it would help more than one Singapore food business it goes into the module and lands in every account, usually by the next working day.

Need it to work with a tool you already use? Ask the same way. We check that it can be done and tell you straight. You subscribe, we build the connection, and you try it on your own account. If we cannot make it work, you get your money back.

Before you sign up, [email protected] reaches the same place.

From an SME AI Office customer

“An entry point for a small start-up, without being overwhelming.”

“Looking for an easy way to manage my small business, I came across SME AI Office. This solution has an entry point for a small start-up, not overwhelming, while having more sophisticated features for future scaled-up operations. Had a chance to speak to the founder Kevin and was greatly encouraged that he listens to his clients, big or small, and is always open to see how he can improve the client experience. SME AI Office not only provides a solution, but provides the relationship management as if you are a big corporate. Very glad to chance upon this software.”

It does not stop at the kitchen

The rest of your back office is already here.

An order files its customer in your Contacts. Every sale and what it cost to make go into your P&L, ready for your GST return, without anybody retyping them. Payroll for your part-timers, invoices for catering jobs and your compliance deadlines sit in the same login. It all comes with Pro 365, so none of that costs you a second subscription.

Order placed→ PayNow confirmed→ On the prep list→ Ingredients taken→ Sale and cost in the P&L

That is what a large restaurant group pays six figures for and calls an ERP. Pro 365 is every module for S$365 a year, plus every module we build after you subscribe.

Questions

Frequently asked.

I am a home baker. Is this too much for me?

No. Start with the website and the prep list, which is most of what a home business needs. Recipes, the counter and tables are there when you want them, and you can ignore them until then.

How much does it cost?

F&B is part of Pro 365, which is every SME AI Office module for S$39 a month, or S$365 a year paid yearly. There is no extra charge for it, no commission and no per-order fee. There is a 14-day trial of the whole system: you can look around straight away, we check you are a real business, usually the same working day, and your 14 days start from there.

What is the difference between F&B and Done for you?

F&B is the self-serve module in Pro 365: you choose a template, set it up yourself with our help, and it comes with every other SME AI Office module. Done for you is the same system set up and looked after by us, built around one restaurant, with its own website design, from S$199 a month. See Done for you.

Can my website run on my own domain?

Yes. Tell us the domain, like yourcafe.sg, and we connect it for you. Your website, checkout and order pages then all run on it. Emails to your customers are sent by us in your business name, and when a customer replies, the reply goes straight to your own email.

How do customers pay?

By PayNow, straight to your bank account, so nothing is taken out of it. You confirm each payment in one tap, or it can be confirmed for you when your bank is connected. At the counter you can also take cash and card.

How do recipes work?

Add your ingredients the way you buy them, like a 1 kg bag of sugar at S$2.40, then give each menu item a recipe in grams: what one recipe uses and how many it makes. You then see what every item costs to make and what you keep, and when you confirm an order's payment, its ingredients come off your shelf.

How do I see my waste?

Write off what you throw away, like a burnt tray or spoilt milk, and now and then weigh what is left and type it in. Anything that left the shelf without going into an order shows up as waste, per ingredient, in grams and in dollars, each month.

Can customers book a table and order at the table?

Yes. Set up your seatings, like dinner at 7pm for 30 people, and your website shows "Book a table" with only the times that have room for the party. Put a QR code on each table and customers can order from their phone in rounds, which go to your kitchen display. They pay at the counter when they are done.

What happens if I leave?

Export your orders, customers and accounts as spreadsheets you can open. There is no exit fee. Your business was never ours.

Stop adding up orders
at midnight.

Put your menu in once, choose your look, and let the prep list, the recipes and the books keep up. Email us and we set you up ourselves.

  1. F&B is part of Pro 365: S$39 a month, cancel any time, or S$365 a year paid yearly, which works out about S$30 a month. Pro 365 includes every SME AI Office module, lifts every limit, and includes every module we build later. F&B is not sold on its own. Set up and built around one restaurant, it is Done for you, from S$199 a month.
  2. Every business, person and figure shown in the screens on this page is invented and illustrative.
  3. Customers pay your business directly by PayNow, and you confirm each payment, or it is confirmed for you with PayNow Auto-Confirm. Nothing is deducted from what you are paid because no payment processor sits in the middle. Card payments are taken at the counter on your own card machine.
  4. Paid orders and counter sales are added to your P&L as sales, and the ingredients they used as cost of sales, on the same day. Ingredients you buy sit on your balance sheet as stock until they are used, thrown away or found missing at a count.
  5. Your records sit in a managed Postgres database on Supabase, running on Amazon Web Services, with customer details encrypted and each business's records kept apart. Under PDPA your business holds the data and we process it on your behalf. A data processing agreement is available on request.
  6. Comparison correct to the best of our knowledge at the time of writing; if a row here is wrong, tell us at [email protected] and it will be corrected.
  7. You keep your domain with whoever you bought it from; we tell you the one setting to add there and connect it on our side. Emails to your customers come from SME AI Office in your business name, with replies going to the email you set in your settings.
