A home baker boxes a cake in her HDB kitchen while a neighbour waits to collect it.

Set it up one evening.
Then just bake.

Put in your items, your pickup and delivery times and your PayNow once. After that, orders arrive paid and counted, and you get your evenings back.

No more scrolling back through chats. Every order is in one list, with what they chose, when they collect and whether they have paid.

You stop at what you can bake. When Saturday’s tins are gone, that item shows sold out for Saturday and customers pick another day.

You know what each tin really earns. Your recipe and what you paid for the butter tell you the cost, so your price is not a guess.

From an SME AI Office customer

“An entry point for a small start-up, without being overwhelming.”

“Looking for an easy way to manage my small business, I came across SME AI Office. This solution has an entry point for a small start-up, not overwhelming, while having more sophisticated features for future scaled-up operations. Had a chance to speak to the founder Kevin and was greatly encouraged that he listens to his clients, big or small, and is always open to see how he can improve the client experience. SME AI Office not only provides a solution, but provides the relationship management as if you are a big corporate. Very glad to chance upon this software.”

It does not stop at the order

The rest of your back office is already here.

An order files its customer. The sale goes into your accounting without being typed twice. When you grow into a shop, hire help or register for GST, payroll, the counter till and your GST return are in the same login with Pro 365.

Questions

Frequently asked.

Do I need a licence to sell food from home?

The Singapore Food Agency (SFA) says home-based food businesses currently do not need an SFA licence. You still have to follow Singapore’s food laws and SFA’s requirements, and HDB’s or URA’s rules for home businesses, such as no staff from outside your household and no signs. SFA also says a home-based food business may not offer catering, supply food to shops or cafés, or sell ready-to-eat raw seafood. Rules can change, so read SFA’s own page before you start.5

Can I sell my home-made food at a bazaar or pop-up?

SFA does not allow food prepared at home to be sold at temporary fairs, so sell it through your own link, for pickup or delivery. Selling online and through delivery platforms is allowed. If you later move into a licensed kitchen, a stall or a shop, the counter till in F&B is already in your account.

Is my money safe? Who receives the PayNow?

You do. Customers pay by PayNow straight to your own PayNow number or UEN, the same as when they pay you in a chat. SME AI Office never holds your money and takes nothing from any order. You mark an order paid when you see the money arrive, or, with a supported business bank account, PayNow Auto-Confirm marks it paid for you, on the Free plan too.3

What happens after 15 orders in a month?

On the Free plan you can take up to 15 orders a month, and the count starts again on the 1st. Orders you already have are never touched. Move to Pro 365 at any time for no cap, S$39 a month or S$365 a year, which is about S$1 a day.

Can I stop orders at what I can bake in a day?

Yes. Give an item a daily limit, like 60 tins of pineapple tarts. When that day is full, it shows sold out for that day and customers choose another.

Can I run Chinese New Year or other festive pre-orders?

Yes. Set the dates the item can be ordered, and the days it can be collected or delivered. It opens and closes on those dates by itself, so you are not up late closing a form.

Will my page show SME AI Office?

On the Free plan, your order page carries a small smeaio.com mark at the bottom. Your business name, photos and colours are what customers see first.

Do I have to do accounting?

Every paid order goes into your accounting for you. Add what you spend on ingredients and packaging as you buy them, and at tax time your income and costs are in one place. We do not file anything for you, and for your own situation, ask an accountant.

Put your items in tonight, share one link, and take this week’s pre-orders already paid and counted. Free for up to 15 orders a month.

  1. The Free plan is S$0 with no card and no time limit: up to 15 sales a month (orders, bookings, counter sales and invoices counted together), with accounting entered by hand; pages your customers see carry a small smeaio.com mark, and support replies within a week. Pro 365 is S$39 a month, cancel any time, or S$365 a year paid yearly, and adds no cap on sales, the AI assistant, receipt scanning, the website chatbot, GST F5, Form C-S, payroll for staff, team logins, compliance and faster support, plus every module we build later.
  2. Mei’s Little Oven and every person, item and figure shown on this page are invented and illustrative.
  3. Customers pay your business directly by PayNow. Nothing is deducted from what you are paid because no payment processor sits in the middle.
  4. Paid orders are added to your P&L as sales. SME AI Office prepares figures; it does not file anything with IRAS for you, and it is not tax advice.
  5. What SFA says, as read on 28 September 2026, is summarised for convenience and is not legal advice. SFA, HDB and URA set the rules and can change them; their own pages are the authority.
