Do I have to stop selling on Facebook to use SME AI Office?
No. Keep your Marketplace listings, group posts and Page so buyers can find you. Put your SME AI Office order link in each of them, and customers order and pay there instead of arranging it in chat.
How do customers order from a Facebook Marketplace listing?
On Marketplace, a buyer taps Message on your listing and you arrange the sale in the chat. With SME AI Office, the buyer opens your order link, picks items and a pickup point and time or a delivery day, and pays a PayNow QR with the amount and order number filled in.
Will SME AI Office bring me new customers like Marketplace?
No. SME AI Office has no marketplace or directory of sellers: you share your own link. That is why it works best next to Facebook, not instead of it: buyers find you there and order on your link.
Can I move my Facebook menu to SME AI Office?
