Is SME AI Office cheaper than Jotform for a home food business?

Both have a free plan. Jotform’s Starter plan is free with 100 submissions and 10 payment submissions a month; Bronze is US$39 a month for 100 payment submissions. SME AI Office has no monthly fee and no limit on orders, and adds no platform fee: your own PayNow QR is free, and cards and automatic PayNow go through your own HitPay account at HitPay’s own fee.

Can customers pay by PayNow on a Jotform order form?

Jotform has no PayNow gateway of its own. Its team says PayNow can be used through Stripe Checkout, so you need a Stripe account with PayNow turned on, and Stripe’s fee applies. SME AI Office shows a PayNow QR with the amount and order number already filled in, paid straight to your own bank, with no fee.

Does Jotform charge a fee on payments?

Jotform says it charges no additional transaction fee on payments through Stripe; you pay Stripe’s own rate. The free Starter plan is limited to 10 payment submissions a month. SME AI Office charges nothing on orders paid by your own PayNow QR, cash or bank transfer, and adds no platform fee on cards through your own HitPay account.

Can I keep using Jotform?

Yes. Keep Jotform for sign-ups, surveys or anything else you collect. For food orders, put your free SME AI Office order link where your order form used to be: customers pick items and a pickup point and time or a delivery day, and pay by PayNow QR.

Can I move my Jotform order form to SME AI Office?

Do my customers need an account to order?
