Each service has its own length and price. Offer 45 minutes and 60, each priced on its own, and let the client pick.
Two friends, or a family of four. One client books for the group and the price is worked out per person.
A class on a weekly timetable that anybody can book a place in, with a limit on numbers and a register.
Your studio, a gym, the park, their home or a video call. Going to them? The travel time is blocked out for you.3
Packages
Make a pack like “10 PT sessions, use within 90 days”. Clients buy it on your booking page and pay by PayNow, or you sell it to them at the gym. Every session they book comes off the pack.
Online, they pay by PayNow and tap to say they have paid. You press Money received once it is in your bank, or with PayNow Auto-Confirm the pack switches on by itself. Sold in person? Pick the client, the pack, and cash or PayNow.4
When they book, they sign in with the pack’s email and pick Use my pack. Nothing to pay, and the pack shows how many are left.
Give More time on a running pack, Bring it back after it ends, or Refund unused, worked out for you and recorded in your accounting.
Weekly slots
Your regulars want the same time every week. After booking a session from their pack, a client taps Same time every week? and picks how many weeks. You check, then book them all in one go.
The first session is already booked. The rest wait for you, so nobody is booked into a week you are away.
Every week is checked against your diary. A clash is flagged, and you can move that one week or leave it out. Then press Book the ticked weeks.
Each week uses one session of their pack. Stop the slot and every week still to come goes back on the pack, and they are emailed.
Paid from 10 PT sessions, 9 left. Book the ticked weeks, and they get the dates by email.2

Your own website
Switch on your website and your booking link becomes a full site: your name in big letters, what you offer and what it costs, your packs, where you work, your story and your reviews. Book now is on every page, and clients book and pay exactly as before.
White. A white page with black words and buttons. Clean and calm.
See it in WhiteBlack. A black page with white words and buttons. Bold, for a gym or a coach with presence.
See it in BlackPick White or Black, add your words and photos, and walk the whole site with your own services. Clients keep seeing your booking page until you switch it on.
Your services and prices, places, packs, reviews and questions come straight from Personal Coach. Change a price and the website changes with it. A section you have not filled in is simply left off.
Each service has its own Book button. The booking steps, packs, PayNow and weekly slots work exactly as they do now, in your website's colours.

My day and Clients
Two screens for the way you really work: the day in front of you, and the people you see every week.
Every session in time order. Where to go, with a Google Maps link for a home visit. How each is paid: from a pack, paid, or still waiting. The last note you wrote on that client. Then one tap: Done, Didn’t come or WhatsApp.
Everybody who booked or bought a pack. Open one to see sessions left on their packs, every session, and your private notes: injuries, goals, what you worked on. Sell a pack or Book a session from their pack right there.
Notes are private: only you and your team see them. They are kept on the client’s contact, so they are there wherever that client shows up.
Money for sessions not yet given is not income yet. It waits on your balance sheet and moves into income one session at a time, once each one happens.5
Your rules on no-shows. If they do not turn up, they lose that session or get it back: you pick the default, and change it for one person from their page.
A cancel cut-off you set. Free to cancel until 12 or 24 hours before, or whatever suits you. After that, it counts as used.
How we compare
Most coaches start with WhatsApp and a notebook, then try a booking app. The app is good at the calendar. It does not know your packs, your regulars or your accounting.

The Free plan is S$0 with no card, for up to 15 sales a month. Each session counts as one sale, including each week of a weekly slot. Pro 365 is S$39 a month, or S$365 a year, with no cap and everything else in SME AI Office. There is no per-booking fee and no cut of what you are paid.

Yes, on every plan. In Personal Coach, open Website, pick White or Black, add your words and photos, preview it, and switch it on. Your booking link then opens your website, with your services, prices, packs, reviews and a Book now button on every page. Your own domain is Done for you.
By PayNow. Your booking page shows a QR with the amount and a reference already in it. The client pays from their banking app and taps to say they have paid, and you confirm once you see it in your bank. If your business bank account supports PayNow Auto-Confirm, it confirms for you. The money goes straight from their bank to yours, so nothing is taken out of it.
They sign in on your booking page with the email they bought the pack with, pick a time, and choose Use my pack. There is nothing to pay, and a session comes off the pack.
Yes. Open the client in Clients, press Sell a pack, pick the pack and say whether they paid in cash or by PayNow. They are emailed that it is ready.
After booking a session from their pack, a client taps Same time every week? and picks how many weeks. You open Weekly slots, see each week checked against your diary, move or untick any that clash, and press Book the ticked weeks. Each week uses one session of the pack. Stop the slot and every week still to come goes back on the pack.
You set how late they may cancel for free. If they do not turn up, you choose the default: they lose that session, or they get it back. Either way you can change it for one person from their page in Clients.
Yes. Switch on going to the customer, and they type their address when they book. You can add a travel charge, and the time it takes to get there is kept free in your diary. On the day, My day shows the address with a Google Maps link.
A pack sold is money for sessions you have not given yet, so it goes on your balance sheet as Paid in advance, not yet used, rather than straight into income. Each session then moves its share into income once it happens. A single session paid on its own goes into your P&L when you confirm the payment. A refund is recorded as its own line.

No. Your booking page is a web page, opened in their phone browser from a link you share. They sign in with a code sent to their email, with no password to remember.
