What is SME AI Office?
One system for small businesses in Singapore: your own website where customers book, order and pay, and the back office behind it, with accounting, invoicing, GST, payroll and CPF, HR and company compliance. Every sale lands in your accounts by itself.
Is SME AI Office free?
Yes, to start. The Free plan has no monthly fee, no card and no cap on sales: your website, bookings, shop and POS are free, with a profit and loss and 10 invoices a month. Pro 365 (S$39 a month or S$365 a year) adds the full back office, including GST, staff payroll and the AI assistant.
What kinds of business is it for?
Cafés and F&B, shops, fitness studios, personal coaches and trainers, tuition and learning centres, and clubs and associations each get screens in their own words. Any other Singapore business can use it for the back office alone: accounting, GST, invoices and payroll.
How do my customers pay me?
Three ways, and they pick. Your own PayNow QR, which we make with the amount and reference already filled in: no fee. Card or PayNow through your own HitPay account, which confirms the order, booking or invoice by itself: HitPay charges its own fee, and we add nothing. Or cash and bank transfer: no fee. Who is behind SME AI Office, and is my data safe?
It is run from Paya Lebar Square in Singapore by founder Kevin Chia and CTO Janice. Your data is stored on Amazon Web Services in Singapore and encrypted in transit. We never sell it, and you can delete your account and all your data from Settings.
