Accept payments into your own account with SME AI Office: your PayNow QR, card or PayNow through HitPay, or cash and bank transfer. We add no payment fee; your provider may charge its own fees.

We make a PayNow QR from your own PayNow number, with the amount and order number already in it. Customers scan it with any bank app, or open DBS, POSB, OCBC or UOB in one tap, and the money goes straight into your bank. No payment company in between.

HitPay’s fee only
Connect your own free HitPay account. Customers pay by credit or debit card, or scan PayNow on HitPay’s secure page, and the booking, order or invoice confirms itself. The money goes to your HitPay account, then your bank.
HitPay charges a small fee on each payment. We add nothing on top.
No fee
Customers pay at your counter or by bank transfer, and you record it in one tap. At the counter, one sale can be split, such as part cash and part PayNow.
Every way, the customer is emailed and the sale lands in your accounts. SME AI Office never holds your money.

Card and HitPay PayNow are for businesses in Singapore. HitPay charges its own fee (today PayNow 0.65% + S$0.30, local cards 2.8% + S$0.50, international cards 3.65% + S$0.50, no monthly fee), and it may change. Payments through HitPay rely on HitPay’s own connection, which SME AI Office does not control; you can always record a payment by hand. PayNow (via Aspire) is for Aspire business accounts in Singapore. It is free on every plan as at now, and that may change if PayNow or the bank changes its own rules or fees. It relies on Aspire’s connection, which SME AI Office does not control; if it stops, you confirm payments yourself.

Not from us, on any plan. Your own PayNow QR, cash and bank transfer have no fee at all. When a customer pays by card or PayNow through your own HitPay account, HitPay charges its own small fee on that payment, and we add nothing on top.
Yes, two ways. Bank with Aspire, and every PayNow payment into your Aspire account confirms itself, free on every plan. Or connect your own HitPay account: your customer scans a PayNow QR on HitPay’s secure page, and the order, booking or invoice confirms itself, with nothing for you to check. With your own PayNow QR, the customer taps I have paid and you confirm it.

Yes. If your business banks with Aspire, make a read-only key in Aspire and paste it into Payments. Every PayNow payment into your Aspire account with the right reference and amount then confirms the booking, order, invoice, pack or membership fee by itself. It is free on every plan, the Free plan included, and SME AI Office can only read, never move money. No account yet? Open an Aspire business account.
Yes. A paid order, booking or invoice goes into your profit and loss like any other sale, and the customer gets a confirmation email. HitPay’s fee goes in as its own expense under Bank Charges & Fees.
