What is a Singapore payroll alternative to Talenox with no per-employee fee?
SME AI Office Pro 365 costs S$365 a year for any number of staff. It works out CPF by age and PR year, makes the CPF EZPay file, prepares IR8A and runs leave, claims and clock-in on a staff portal. Salaries post to the profit and loss by themselves.
Does Talenox submit IR8A to IRAS?
Talenox's Singapore pricing page lists one-click IR8A submission to the IRAS portal, with Appendix 8A, 8B, IR21 and IR8S. SME AI Office prepares each IR8A from finalised payroll, and you submit it to IRAS yourself by 1 March.
Do my staff need to download an app with SME AI Office?
No. SME AI Office staff sign in to a staff portal in their phone browser with their email and a six-digit code. They see payslips, apply for leave, send claims and clock in. Talenox also offers employee self-service for payslips and leave.
Can I move from Talenox to SME AI Office?
