Can I take food orders on Linktree?

Linktree’s own checkout sells digital products, courses and bookings, and Linktree Shops are available in the US only. For food orders, a Linktree links out to wherever you take them. Put your free SME AI Office order link on your Linktree, and customers order and pay there.

Do I have to stop using Linktree?

No. Keep your Linktree for your socials and everything else, and add your SME AI Office order link at the top. Or, if the order link is the only one you need, put it straight in your Instagram bio.

Does Linktree take a fee on sales?

They pick their items and a pickup point and time or a delivery day, then scan a PayNow QR with the amount and order number already filled in, and tap I have paid. The money goes straight to your bank. You can also take cards through your own HitPay account, with no platform fee from us.

Can I move my menu to SME AI Office?

Yes. We move your menu over for you, free: ask for free setup in the app after you sign up. Then add your order link to your Linktree.
