For tuition centres, enrichment schools, and music, art, swimming, coding and language schools: classes on a fixed day and time every week, sold by the term. A term can be a school term or a month. Enrol a student and they have a seat in every lesson left in the term, and the parent is emailed the fee with a PayNow QR.

Add a term or sell by the month, enrol a student, joining mid-term, and getting the fee paid.
Today, make-ups and withdrawing
Take the register, give a make-up lesson, call a lesson off, and withdraw a student.
How it works
Once: add your classrooms, teachers and classes, and your PayNow details.
Each term: add the term, or press Add the next 3 months if you sell by the month.
Enrol each student in a class for a term. They get a seat in every lesson left, and the parent pays the fee by PayNow.
On the day: open Today and take the register. Missed lessons can be given back as make-ups.
Where to find it. In the back office, open Learning Centre. The sidebar has Today, then under Run the centre: Students, Terms, Timetable, Teachers and Classrooms, and under Fees and settings: Settings. A teacher’s own login sees Today only.
On the Free plan? You can make up to 15 sales a month, and each lesson a student is enrolled in counts as one. Enrolling a student in a 10-lesson term uses 10 of the 15.
